Went here for a party...kinda disappointed. We made chocolate pizza. Barely any chocolate. I personally think that they should be giving us more chocolate since the name of the place is literally chocolate works. However the chocolate is very good. Its definitely not worth it for the price.

I ordered a chocolate platter from this store for my niece's 8th birthday, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was helpful and accommodating, ensuring the platter was not only beautiful but also tailored to suit a child's taste. My niece was genuinely surprised and delighted by the variety. I will definitely be using their services again for future gifts. Highly recommended!

Chocolate Works in Plainview is the best!!!!!!! They make all my platters for work and personal.... I had a beautiful platter for my sisters 60th made... They added candy pearls and sparkles and pink chocolate...... I highly suggest you try them out for your next occassion.. I wish I could put 10 stars!

Nice staff, but ridiculously overpriced for what it is - which is over the counter snacks (chips ahoy, Oreos, pretzels) dipped in chocolate. They are charging prices higher than bakeries who actually MAKE their own products - not just dip ordinary snacks in chocolate.

Just had a Bachelorette Party at Chocolate Works in Plainview. It was the perfect place for a bride to be that doesn't drink alcohol and isn't into a racy Bachelorette celebration. The staff did a wonderful job decorating,and the tablecloths were beautiful. They assisted us throughout the Decorate a Chocolate Mold activity and chocolate dipping. They had pretzels, strawberries, marshmallows, and bananas for us to dip in chocolate and decorate with sprinkles/other toppings. We brought drinks and appetizers. They even set up the stemless wine glasses and drink markers I brought after I dropped off some supplies and ran home for the food and drinks. They projected a personalized image on the walls, it was a nice touch, and they supplied balloons. Even though I told Sue (the owner), I had bought some. The girls assisting us even wrote down cute questions for the bride to be to ask everyone. I would highly recommend Chocolate Works in Plainview for an adult party or girls' night. I had made a recent purchase at this store. The chocolate was fresh and excellent- My husband enjoyed the milk chocolate non pareils and the milk chocolate marshmallow twists. I highly recommend this shop.

Very expensive but all on all I had a great experience and learned a lot about chocolate. I would recommend my friends to go there. The place is very clean and the employees are very helpful. Its just to expensive for me to go all the time.

Our daughter just had her 8th birthday party here. It was a fantastic time and the staff was excellent and attentive. They kept the kids engaged and they went out of their way to ensure that the party was memorable. I highly recommend.
