The young woman working the front desk was rude and incompetent, unfamiliar with the basic tasks of my transaction and extremely unhelpful in finding the right course of action. Thankfully the gentleman in charge of her was much more helpful, understood the transaction I was trying to make, and directed me to Ms/Mrs. Irizarry who was able to perform it.
The woman working on the far left side of the front desk in the afternoon of Jan 3rd, 2025, clearly doesn't have the people skills required for this sort of work.

I opened an account and they do not recognize me, I cannot access my money, and I spent too long at the brand trying to get help. ONLY reason I gave 4 stars is because Jose (the manager) remained professional even when I was annoyed. Which I was right to be annoyed because I could use MY card to pay a bill after a banker told me I can transfer funds then transfer again which locked my account. Had she not told me that information I wouldn’t have attempted this.

In my 45 years of banking this is the worst bank in the United States and NY. They failed to execute a trade when my wife made a deposit. They ignore emails, shut my accounts down without notice. I do not recommend Citibank and certainly not this branch and the staff here are incompetent.

Opened an account here a couple of weeks back, the main back office not the sharpest tools in the shed. But as far as the management and teller’s in the branch top notch. Especially Rose, very professional and goes over and above her regular duties.

I personally have been a Citibank customer for over 35 years.I generally bank at a different branch of Citibank.I went in with my parents to help them with some financial matters that needed to be taken care of.We had a scheduled appointment and we where taken right on time.We sore a Citigold representative who was extremely helpful and very nice.This is one of Citibank's smaller branches but has all you need.The staff are friendly and very helpful.If in the area again I would use this branch again.

Tom Mannix the MLO of the branch was friendly and called me back to answer my refinance questions more promptly than anybody can expect this day and age and on a friday afternoon at that! Thanks Tom!

The bad: Terrible drive thru for Atm...Ya have to press the low vehicle button and then reach out..sometimes have to open the door to reach the screen.The Good: Helpful and courteous tellers. Smart setup for covid response

Unable to access account due to address error. Takes an hour to reach any human voice. Never was able to speak to a live person . Frustrated

Started trying since this morning at 9 am said was closed. I called branch on hold 20min I needed a supervisor was on hold for 10 mins, then was disconnected. Called corporate number on hold for an hour and I finally used the option to leave a message. It transferred me and an answering system stated this line is not connected please try your call again. This bank stinks. Good luck people.

Very good attentive staff! Quick service and always greeted with a smile. I use this bank for my business and looking to open a 3rd location this year. Have me a great small business loan with a fair apy.

Not a bad bank to work with . 3 indoor ATM machines. In my opinion, they should add more trees around the property. This bank isn't cozy enough.

I have banked with First National City Bank since I was 19 and continued with Citibank. We have used this location for the 29 years that we have lived on Long Island. Whoever the staff, they are professional, helpful, courteous and knowledgable. The present staff are seamless in their execution of tranactions. Every question and concern is addressed in a friendly and helpful manner. Even with the change (very minor) of location, they did not skip a beat in their services. Parking may be a little more challenging, but overall this location is a strong five stars.
