Core SWX customer service is 10 out of 10! I had a tricky problem with the manufacturing of another brands gold mount batteries. That company didn't help. But Core worked out the issue with me, and sent a replacement part for free!! With stickers!! And just now, I had an issue with another manufacturers product. That company hasn't responded in days! So I went to Core to see if they had the part. Not only do they have the part, they're sending me that for free!! (it's only small missing parts. Not like an entire battery) But I highly recommend Core SWX products. I been using the Core batteries they make for RED, and they've been work horses for years! Dope company!

Core SWX customer service was excellent. They were very responsive and quick to respond to all my inquiries. I love their products and have been using them on set for almost a decade.

I was having issues with new batteries and needed a solution quickly prepping for a shoot and the tech team at core were fast and super helpful in guiding me through the process of getting the batteries to work!! Would of been in deep without them. amazing support and super friendly about it as well.

Great charger for V-mount batteries, also have their C-98 batteries for our C70s. They are great for powering both the camera and a external monitor.

Fantastic company! I have several V mount batteries and they're topo of the line, excellent quality. The customer service is also phenomenal, Joe answered a ton of questions I had before I even bought anything! I'm a customer for life.

Sent in my quad charger for an RMA over 4 months ago and still have not heard anything from them like another reviewer said here. Used their form and sent using UPS with tracking number. Didn't even get a message saying it was received and I had to check the tracking to make sure it was actually received, which it was. Messaged using their system a month after and still nothing. I will attempt to keep calling and seeing if I can get my charger repaired or even get it back at all.

I sent in a slim battery to be checked for short life and anfer working thru all options with the support technition, instead of returning my battery to me he suggested the trade in program. when i requested my battery back he stopped responding all together and i have continued to inqure into my now stolen battery. since i cant get a responce from the company directly and am now out a $300 i am posting here to give warning to those concidering sending in their personal products.

I was so disappointed in this location. Women’s bathroom was out of service so one bathroom for all. Staff was inattentive and did not understand “dressing on the side” request. GC is a better store!
