I see the other reviews and felt like I had to put my 2 cents in. I use them regularly and I’ve never had a problem with my business casual clothes and ties. Had something altered once. Very pleasant woman who works there.

Please beware when you use this business. I brought my MOH dress for my sisters wedding 10/3. Was told to come back 10/24. Went on 10/24 and it was not there and ready. Spoke to owner and said she had an emergency. However, I received no phone call about it not being done. Tried to tell me it would be another week. After I protested that she had my dress for 3 weeks it was able to be done in 3 days. I was not discounted the pricey amount I was charged. Please be careful when using this business

We rarely dry clean but with three children alterations were a must and we have never been dissatisfied.

I needed a new dry cleaner and went to Country Cleaners. I asked for a crease in all 3 pair of pants. I was surprised the wait time was one week. I went and picked up the pants and two pairs had no crease. I was advised to come back the next day. I picked up the pants days later and got them home still no crease. I called Country Cleaner they said bring them back in to us. No way. I did advise the I was writing this review.

Excellent neighborhood cleaners and alterations. We have been using them for years now - every pair of trousers I own has gone through here before I wore them. Shirts are laundered great - stains removed, just the right amount of starch, delivered on time.

Moved to the area a few years back and have been frequenting Country for suits, jackets, and coats. Quick turnarounds, reasonable prices (rates for jacket cleaning especially at other places are astronomical), and friendly people. Have recommended this place to several others and haven't heard anything negative. Local gem!

I've been using Country Cleaners for many years. I've never had a problem there. If they need more time on an item, they inform me. Never been disappointed.

Took new blouse to be dry cleaned with marks on either side. I showed the 2 marks to owner who said they would do the best they could. Got a call 2 days later asking if I wanted them to fix the tear before dry cleaning. What! I went over and the tear was exactly where one of the marks has been. Terrible place of business, would not even compensate or credit me anything. I recommend anyone who has clothes they value not to set foot in this dry cleaner. I hate writing reviews but this was to disappointing not to say anything!

I have been a customer of this cleaners for over 20 years and the one time my husband does not have cash on him they refused to give him our order because the charge was less than their "minimum" for charges. I spoke with the owner who informed me that what's the big deal can get the money out of the ATM. I am outraged. Please avoid using this cleaners. It wasn't even as if they did the best job. They were just local and convenient. I guess you get what you pay for. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Brought shirts in to clean. One came back with a big hole in it. Owner blamed it on being of thin material and showing signs of wear. It could not handle being pressed again. Would not compensate in any way.
