419 S OYSTER BAY RD, WOODBURY PLZ Plainview, Long Island, NY. Horrible. They didn't have the brand name of one medication and were out of inventory for another. Nobody answers the phones and it's chaotic in the store. There are pills on the floor in the back and bags in baskets all over the place. CVS should not understaff this location, like it is doing. I had to keep going onto the consultation line to get my order correct, because they didn't fix it the first time. Even a doctor had to cut the line because he said he was waiting on the phone for over an hour.

I usually never write reviews but had to do it for this place, pharmacy is horrible, they always have 10-15 people waiting online ALL DAY, so went there 15 minutes before they close guess what waited 25 minutes they are running around like chickens with there heads cut off back and forth if u want to wait around than be my guest otherwise find another cvs , wish i can give this zero stars.

This is a very clean establishment as seen in the photo I in included. The staff are helpful and friendly. I came here for a specific item that I have a 40% off, but unfortunately forgot my little card. It might have been connected to an old phone number that I do not remember now. Unfortunately, they don't connect it to the email address that they send me coupons. Oh well! But I still would like to praise the staff who diligently helped me to try!

I've been coming here for over 30 years. I'm not sure what has happened in the past 3 years but it's time to find a new pharmacy. my daughter had oral surgery this morning. the doctor called in two prescriptions at 9am. it is now 12:30 pm and my husband has been there for an hour still waiting on one. Customer service running around like chickens without a head. I was there last month for over 20 minutes because they couldn't find my second prescription. It's just insane. Safe yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

The worst customer service ever. After waiting and leaving 2 prior times, I Waited on line for 1 hour to pick up a prescription at pharmacy. The prescription was ready. One person at the register, as slow as possible. 3 people behind the counter watching the pharmacists fill prescriptions. Person at the register was trying. The other 3 behind the area, rude and condescending when I asked for assistance at the register. They just didn't want to work. Several people on the line had left because the line was so long that they also came back. There was no store manager, as I asked several times. The cvs front of the store customer service was not helpful and walked away from me when I asked for help. Horrible service. Get your prescriptions somewhere else. This place needs mangers visible, and responsible. Store is a mess and they are not organized.

Do not ever attempt to call the pharmacy here. Perpetual HOLD that make you wonder if they even have a phone. You can get stupid CVS messages over and over but you can't get a person to answer the phone. You can also get hung up on while you are on hold. If this place was a horse, it should be put out of its misery, so we could be put out of ours. Go in person or better go to a different location.

The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. My doctor sent a prescription and the pharmacy lost it, telling me they never received it. I called the doctor again, and they resent it. The pharmacy STILL told me they don't have it. I've spent so much time calling back and forth between the doctor and pharmacy because this place isn't doing a proper job in receiving records. The place is extremely unprofessional and I haven't been able to take my medication for a month. Only visit this pharmacy if you're okay with losing your prescription.

Convenient location in the Plainview Centre Mall for a CVS Pharmacy. There is ample parking shared with all the other shops in the area. Very convenient for when I am in the area and need to pick up something from CVS.Great to have the app, send coupons to the app (saves paper coupons) . Easy to find what I need when I am here and use self-checkout all the time. Easy peasy check out. No lines when I come here. Love it! Look for the weekly sales and extra coupons in email, the app and in the mail.

This is the worst CVS store I've ever been in the customer service stinks they never have your prescriptions you call them two days before and they don't have it in stock they make you wait I'll give you half and make you get another prescription. The short disgruntled old lady with the long ponytail was rude to me all because they were short-staffed and backed up. I tried to give the gremlin the benefit of the doubt and still be nice and professional to her but she continued to be rude. I think it may be time for her to retire. She makes every visit so unnecessarily long and unbearable.

I usually never had a problem filling prescriptions there. Been going there for 12 years. There's a new young woman pharmacist. She has a bad attitude. I just had an operation snd needed my pain meds. I called to see if it was ready and I was on hold 40 minutes. 40!!!!!! Then I got this nasty pharmacist telling me the script wasn't filled. I said why the doctor called it in two days ago. Long story short. She said it wasn't covered. It most certainly was. She never apologized. Said they were so busy and she would fill it right away. CVS is the number one place to buy all your pharmaceutical products. Fair pricing and accommodating when needed. Plus, our medical insurance for prescriptions is with CVS. The only problem I have with CVS is the wait time at their pharmacy. It almost seems that they do not have enough people working the counter. I also believe they should update the appearance of their locations.

I use this place to pick up my script multiple times a month. I use this one because they're better than the other cvs I used to use which was even worse than this place. The pharmacy ALWAYS leaves meds out almost every time I visit there which is at least twice a month. Then, when I call to tell them they left something out they never apologize for the inconvenience of having to go back there. I guess it's on me to bring a list with me of long 5 syllable medication names to hold up the line and go down the list to make sure nothing is forgotten so I guess I'm the one that's in the wrong, right? Wait, isn't it their job to fill the medication? Obviously it's too much to to ask that all my medications are included. The middle aged white lady gives me an attitude every time I go in. This is what happens when corporations take over and smaller family businesses suffer. You get run of the mill high school drop outs filling your medications and then giving you attitude because they can get away with it because they're the ones filling your medications so you're in their hands. This country is going to hell. Soon there won't be any stores to visit, it'll just be big warehouses and lines of delivery people. Customer service will be a thing of the past and the rich get richer.

Very, very bad business practice. Very rude staff. They tried every trick in the wold not to give me the name brand medicine that my physician prescribed for me. My insurance even give them pre-authorization. After two weeks of lying to me about not getting pre-authorization, they called and said the medicine is ready for pickup. When I got there, they gave me a generic brand which I did not want. They had the nerve to tell me that's the same medicine as my physician had prescribed. They are scanning innocent people. Do Not Go There!

The entire staff is extremely rude. They are nasty to customers that have questions. Especially the red headed older woman. If they have such difficulty interacting with the public and speaking to people with respect and patience maybe they should consider looking into a different career.
