Not sure if they are understaffed but one of the pharmacist is always throwing bags of medications, today he dropped a cap for medication container on the floor and just picked it up, closed the container and stapled bag shut! As a fellow healthcare provider I was mortified! The same pharmacist also gave me a 9 months supply of medication instead of 3month supply! I can't imagine what that does to the inventory! I returned the other 6months but he was insisting he was correct! And it was a prefilled 90 day supply! SMH....CVS management you need to do better!

I was in the area and needed to pick up some items and a new pair of cheap reading glasses. I found everything ok except the reading glasses which started at $20 and went up, Which is very high most of the time I pay around 10. The selection was lacking and did not have what I wanted. I got everything else I needed. There was literally no staff around to help customers. I sore a few people in pharmacy and one cashier and that was it. I would only go again if I was desperate and in the area again. The staff where polite and friendly.

Pharmacy is always busy! Now they close for half hour for lunch. They always help me when there's a problem with my meds. Recently gave me an emergency supply when they couldn't reach my doctor

Jenny and staff here are over worked and understaffed my heart goes out to them yet they are sooooo nice very professional.. Had a great experience here and they deserve more stars as they are rock stars they work so hard and treat people so kindly talk to you and most of all don't rush you they listen to what you have to say.. Hands down one of the best in the area go here stay away from the one in Bethpage unless you like being treated like and want staff to treat you like garbage.. Thank you Jenny and staff for helping me most of all for all your hard work and doing it with a smile

I really don't shop there I just use the pharmacy. It seems to be perpetually busy and don't forget about the half hour that they close for lunch, it leads to a big line when they reopen. The pharmacists have always been attentive and knowledgeable. My only concern is my doctors and this CVS always seem to point the finger at each other as to whether the prescription was sent / received. Also, don't bother calling, you'll be on hold forever! And for those of you who do shop there, they have gone to fully self checkout for those of you who can't stand that.

My wife scheduled a vaccine shot two weeks ago. When we got in the store, they told us this vaccine was not available today. No text message to notify my wife the vaccine wasn't available. They told us go to another CVS to get the shot and gave us the other CVS address. We thought they checked on their CVS network, the vaccine was available at the other CVS store they want us to walk-in. When we got there, the store was surprised and said they didn't receive a call from Morton Village CVS and told us they didn't have the vaccine too. At least, this CVS staff called other CVS stores to see if other CVS had vaccine before sending us to there. Finally, we received the vaccine shot at the third CVS store we went. To the Morton Village CVS, their staff service is horrible, the first response after their mistake was kind to make you leave the store by giving another CVS address without confirming the vaccine availability at the other store. If there is an option to give zero star to Morton Village CVS, I will do that.

Seriously understaffed. Always a long line to pick scripts. Today, I had a quick question for a pharmacist so I called. I am on hold and have been on hold for 30 minutes at this point. Ridiculous.

Jenny in the pharmacy department is wonderful. She has been helping me get a prescription approved. Jenny promised to make a few calls for me and she actually followed thru. She deserves a gold medal and a Raise. Clearly, the staff at this location is overworked and understaffed.

Called and held the phone for 20+min, line got hung up.Called again and held another 10+min, Jenny who picked up the phone hung up the phone once again after I finished asking my question. Probably the most irresponsible CVS I’ve ever encountered. Should have look at their reviews before wasting my time calling them.

If I have another choice,I would not come to this store again.Just because there is only one CVS in Plainview.The staff in Pharmacy was impatient , I only asked two questions. Wow,he seems like I wasted his lot of time. Not good experience.

So unprofessional! The pharmacy workers had such an attitude! I had to wait an hour for them to tell me they weren’t able to cover my insurance because they were going on break in the middle of handling my order even though it was 10 minutes before their break time! Will not be coming back get your prescriptions filled elsewhere
