Sorry, love the clothes they carry but some of the staff is honestly wicked. I think the woman’s name was Ronnie(?)— she literally rolled her eyes and barely looked in my direction when I asked for help while I was in there with my daughter. Idk if it’s because I looked a little bummy that day or what but she made me so uncomfortable I literally without buying anything even though I needed stuff

I love shopping at Denny's. Hard to believe that it is 18 years since I bought my first grandchild her layette here. Today I picked up a gift card for my neighbor's son's birthday; and everything I purchased in between has always been a hit. The staff is always so anxious to help and because they know the inventory so well, they know exactly where to take me whenI am shopping for something special. I cannot understand all the negative reviews - it's as if they all got paid to trash the store; it's as if they are writing about somewhere else. Strange! If you are looking for a trend-setting gift for a boy or a girl this is the place to go to. From infants to teens this is the place. Once there you'll make it your go-to store forever! Carole Y. I wish the employees were nice but they are so rude especially the managers. I go there often to shop for my kids because they do have cute clothing but every time I go the employees are just rude!.Tried to exchange one pants I bought for my son but I lost the receipt and my son pulled the tags off when he was trying it on so the tags were not attached on the pants and the manager was so nasty with me.I understand the retail business and if she politely told me there is nothing we can do I'm so sorry, but she was like no I'm not taking this back. I told her please I just need one size up and she was like no and left, ignored me. Everytime I go there they have no manners. They just talk with each other and ignore you when you ask for help. I will never go again there to shop and I will tell my friends and family to stay away that location and spend their money somewhere else!

the managers at this location are EXTREMELY rude and condescending. I had a horrible experience and judging based off the other reviews given to this store, they treat everyone with disrespect. I do not recommend this store to anyone!!

I just left the Plainview location, I’ve shopped for my girls here before and the location in Bellmore, not often because they’re expensive but when theres a sale it’s worth it. That being said never ever have I felt racially profiled until today! I’m so upset, the women who kept following me didn’t even ask if I needed help. She just kept popping up everywhere I went. Unfortunately I see on these reviews that the Plainview location has done this to others before. So buyer be aware, you may have the experience I had, which I’m very truly upset about. It happened at the Plainview location, the Bellmore location never did this and have always been helpful.

The rudest, nastiest, animalistic managers work here. They act like they own the place and are arrogant and condescending to everyone. Never in my life have I met such people. They have to really hate their entire existence to treat others with so much disrespect. No customer service skills whatsoever. Forget about making a return because they will make you regret buying anything in the first place. Definitely not a place I would bring my child… They act as if this is the only store that sells children’s clothing. Save your money, they literally have the same brands elsewhere. The staff deserve much better. I don’t know how they tolerate such abuse it’s actually very sad. Also don’t know how the owner lets their business be run by heinous clowns.

Love everything about it ❤️ My daughter is 22 always bought everything for her and Jenny sometime she’s so find some stuff now I buy for my twin granddaughters love everything in there the quality is great different things you wanna see yourself coming and going I just love it and enjoy the atmosphere so much everyone is very nice

Let me just start off by saying I was racially profiled while being at Dennys. My little sister wanted to take a look in there store because she was saying how the clothing was very trendy. This lady and all the other employees kept following me and my little sister around the store. Seems like everywhere we went there was the same lady folding and re folding clothes just to keep an eye on us. Let me remind you that I had no bags or anything that I could use to conceal anything . I felt very judged by their staff. In my 25 years of living I’ve never experienced such racism in a store. I understand that this store might have been a primarily white… but WOW. Worst and most uncomfortable situation I have ever been in while shopping .

The quality of the clothes is very good and the price is a little expensive but it's worth it! The most terrible thing about the store is the manager and the owner. They are very rude and unfair to the employees. I don't know why no one has reported them to the Department of Labor?

Mostly athletic wear. Extensive mix of brands but super expensive! I would prefer to shop sports apparel online for better bargains.

Had called to put a squishmallow on hold. They claimed it was on hold when i arrived the two middle ages woman were extremely rude to me. Put the wrong product on hold. Than got frustrated at me for them not doing their job. Will never shop here again. RUDE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I have been getting clothes for my kids at Denny’s for 9 years. They have the cutest clothes, always super stylish and a large assortment to choose from. Also a great place to get a coming home outfit for a newborn. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.
