I recently moved to Mt. Laurel and was amazed how clean and modern my unit was. The leasing office made the process go smoothly and the apartment was inviting and spacious. I wouldn't hesitate to let others know how presentable this community is.

Great complex. Leasing office made it quick and easy. New appliances maintenance made sure it was working before I moved in.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews on here. I live at the Woodbury location. I will start with I love living at Eagle Rock. The application process with Nancy went smoothly as she explained everything to me. The apartment complex is well kept and neat. Located near a bunch of restaurants down Jericho Road and Equinox is right across the street. Nick in the office got me a repair guy same day for my fridge and it works fine now. I like that the apartment is a modern renovation with grey floors and stainless steel appliances. Not bad for the price in the area. The construction with the clubhouse pool and gym should be done soon as the construction is underway. Can’t wait for it to open. Overall, a great place to live.

I just called to ask a few simple questions about there apartment complex. The lady who answered the phone, Bethany, was completely dismissive. She kept trying to transfer me to the apartment complex manager and I had to stop her from the quick transfer because I knew she would know if they have an elevator or loading dock access. She refuses to answer the question and saids the manager will answer that. Then she transfers me to the manager, was on hold for over 6 mins just for Bethany to pick up and answer my questions. I don’t understand why people are in customer service positions who have no consideration for people. I would refuse to live there.

Marta is fantastic! She responds to all issues very quickly and is efficient enough to get things done! She is exactly who I will be going to whenever I need something resolved at Eagle Rock!

I am a current Renter in Wappingers Falls- My apartment is lovely, BUT I have contacted our property manager ( L.Olivieri) multiple times regarding the broken windows that occurred on 08/28/2024. The landscapers were working and broke two of our windows in the bedroom (we are on the ground floor) I reported the incident immediately and a few days went by and my husband noticed all the shattered glass was still in the grass outside the apartment- WE picked it up so a child or pet did not get injured. Management had zero urgency to check out the damage or what had happened. It is currently 10/19/2024 and our windows remain broken. The second major issue is that the neighbors behind us play obscenely loud music all hours of the night that vibrate throughout our apartment. The noise is the worst in the two bedrooms. I am a first responder so many nights I end up sleeping on the couch because the vibrations from the music are unbearable. This has been reported multiple times over the past few months and we have received ZERO response. This company does not value residens who pay on time and are overall good tenants. We will not be re-signing and since we still have 10 months left on our lease we are seeking legal advice on noise ordinances and possibly breaking the lease all together. NOTE- I'm writing this from my couch as the music is vibrating through my apartment at 11:00 pm at night. PLEASE BEWARE!

DO NOT RENT HERE. The management at The Venue and The Venue II is a mess and was a no show to all the walkthroughs we scheduled. After moving out they sent us a bill for rent (that we paid), and refused to give us back our security deposit. After we provided the receipt of proof we paid to management, they set the bill to collections illegally. We ended up taking them to small claims and won, but even with the courts telling them to pay us and the threat of the state marshalls, they STILL have not paid us (it's almost been a year sense we moved out). Do yourself a favor and rent litterally anywhere else.

I’ve been waiting for my security deposit back for over 70 days. I have a feel they never sent it back and never will. Every person I talk to says “I have to check with my supervisor and get back to you”. Not once have they gotten back to me and when ask the supervisors name, they said “I don’t know”. EVERY TIME! Come on people, just give me my $500 so I can go on with my life. You’re already in violation of Massachusetts state law!

Marta Stingo was very helpful when I was very frustrated with the front office at Highcroft Apts because I had emailed and snail mailed a lease renewal form and no one had responded to me. Marta helped me by sending me and my husband the appropriate lease documents to sign online so that we could complete the process, something Highcroft Apts front office never followed up on.

Eagle Rock Properties did a fantastic job making my transition to my new apartment very easy. Before Eagle Rock took over MountainView Terrace in Latham, it was definitely tricky to get responses for maintence requests, etc. The one individual that made all requests and made a difference in my experience was Emma. She especially helped with my blinds were never along with our move out process! She was amazing at helping me!

This company is horrible. Besides the ridiculous rent increases ($300+ for my most recent renewal), the worst was when my apartment building almost caught on fire due to a faulty wire. We were informed at 8:30 at night that our power was being shut off due to a sparking and smoking wire and we were going to have no power, heat, or hot water in the middle of winter and it was suggested we go somewhere else.
Our whole building was essentially unlivable for 2 days and we lost all of our perishables in the freezer and fridge. When a rent abatement was requested due to this situation, Eagle rock tried covering it up and blamed JCP&L for the issue and denied the request. I then reached out to JCP&L and received official confirmation that this happened due to “failure of customer owned electrical equipment”, indicating Eagle Rock’s negligence. Oh, and this happened after our apartment lights would flicker almost non-stop for months at a time.
Eagle Rock then compromised and said they would pay our insurance deductible for all of the perishable items lost when our power was off but we never saw a dime of that money despite attempts to reach out through phone and email.
Don’t even consider living at any of their properties.
They even tried using a gag order for another tenant for leaving comments and reviews saying how bad this place is.
Rent at your risk.

After reading some of the reviews for Eagle Rock, I feel compelled to leave a review myself as the experiences I had renting with this company were very much the opposite of the negative comments. I feel like sometimes, only the negative is left as a review because of peoples frustration. While I understand that, sometimes, it is important to hear the good things too. My experience was very positive!!
Eagle Rock Nesconset is the BEST. My daughter and I lived here before moving into our forever home. During our time there, both maintenance and management always exceeded my expectations with communication. The few times I called with a question, not only did I immediately get a call back if they did not pick up the phone but I would also get a follow up call from whoever I spoke with to make sure all was good. If my call was to maintenance, they were down to my unit within a very reasonable amount of time. I remember one time I called maintenance because the light was out on the post leading to my door. It was around 6-7 when I called thinking maybe this could be a project for the following day. About 10 minutes later, Mike from maintenance was down changed the bulb and knocked on my door to let me know it was already done.
My daughter and I loved living at Eagle Rock. The community was welcoming, the company was great to us and most importantly, as a newly single mom at the time - we always felt safe and comfortable there.
I encourage everyone to consider renting here, and will always promote Eagle Rock - they were great for us and would be great for you too.
