Nothing but problems based on the lack of knowledge on the part of Corporate. Watch your back, they will fine you for their mistskes. Otherwise a nice place

I worked with Carlos who’s office is at the Carle Place location. He helped me find an apartment and move in within 1 week. He saw that I needed a place asap and emailed and called me with every single process along the way. I highly recommend living here. The management is very kind and truly caring. The maintenance at Huntington Station is timely and accurate. When I submit a ticket for maintenance I hear back within the same day and usually have someone at the apartment just the next day. The receptionist at the Plainview office location is lovely and helped me even though they were closing at 5pm and I showed up just 5 minutes before then. Everyone is willing an eager to help and the property itself is great with a gated parking lot and grilling area with a gazebo! The apartment itself is very spacious and renovated! I love Eagle Rock!

Recently moved out of an Eagle Rock property in Mt. Laurel, and not only living there but also the move out experience has been an abomination. As a resident there is no communication with the office staff you email and call them with no answers ever. Maintenance, what Maintenance? Almost all requests never get a response. I had black mold from when I move in until when I moved out 4 years later. The few times Maintenance actually responded to a request they would come and just paint over the mold. My fridge over heated and I lost all my food and no response ever from maintenance. Garbage disposal clogged no response. Had and a/c unit from 1994 that needed replacing. They would come and put a band aid on it and it would stop working a week or so later. My a/c bills for an apt were over $500 a month because the unit wasn’t working, after two summers of these bills and sweating daily they finally replaced it my bills went down to $150 a month. And then after all of this they charged an obscene amount of money at move out and when you call the rental office about it no one gets back to you. To say this place is bad is an understatement, the experience I had no one should ever have to deal with.

The apartment is nice. When i need anything fix they come very quick. FYI very expensive they charge you for everything. Besides the rent there’s another charge for water garbage etc and renters insurance.

I was in time crunch and Carlos from Carle Place Management was incredibly accommodating, proactive and attentive. I had no car and he even gave me a ride to knock out a few errands so I could get moved in. TrulyIncredible customer service and support!!

The location is excellent but the pricing is high for such small sized apartments. The buildings are pretty old and its seems they are trying to compete with the big boys in pricing but they need to bring the pricing down.

I have worked with eagle rock for the past 15 years and look forward to another 15! Working with Eagle Rock has been a great experience and the partnership has been great for both. I would recommend Eagle Rock to anyone.

Deeply frustrating administrative experience. My lease ended at the Nesconset property on 9/14/2022. I had a walk-thru on 9/12/2022 and the property was vacant after that. I have several examples of email correspondence between myself and property management confirming the termination of the lease and regarding the move-out process. I received my security deposit and deposited it on 9/28/2022.In October 2022 I receive a call from Eagle Rock Properties stating I have overdue rent. I confirm with them over the phone that this is not the case and I have not lived on-site for over a month since my lease concluded. I'm passed to Management who confirms everything will be taken care of and I am not responsible for any additional rent post the termination of my lease...because...why would I be?It's now 11/21/2022 - I have not lived at Eagle Rock for over two months - and debt collectors are now calling me about overdue rent owed to Eagle Rock. I called Eagle Rock and reported the incident.I am awaiting a call back from Management and will alter the review if and when Eagle Rock resolves this in a, hopefully, timely manner - but PLEASE beware there are obvious administrative inconsistencies and issues currently at Eagle Rock's offices. Keep all records, emails, letters, etc.I trust that they'll fix this - but the frustration of having to deal with a rental company where I never showed any signs of delinquency during my 18-month stay AND fully vacated, received a security check back, AND have email confirmation of lease termination, AND received verbal confirmation of no additional rent being owed - is profoundly annoying.*EDIT* - Cassandra from Eagle Rock Management called me back. She was direct, apologetic, and friendly throughout our correspondence. She confirmed that I do not owe any additional rent and that I will receive an email confirming the debt issue has been resolved with confirmation from the debt collection agency and Eagle Rock. I will update this review after receiving that email.*EDIT* - 12.6.2022 - After I called Eagle Rock Properties for Cassandra on 11.28.2022 and 12.5.2022 asking for updates - today I have now received an email from Cassandra at Eagle Rock and the debt collection agency (Fair Collections and Outsourcing, Inc.) that my credit score will not be affected and that the falsely reported debt is expunged. She also relayed that a physical copy of the letter will be sent to me, as well.I must note, Cassandra was very pleasant to work with and apologetic.Because of the ultimate resolution and my positive time spent living AT Eagle Rock (March 2021 - September 2022) I will leave my review at 3 Stars. I am leaving the contents of this review for posterity and for reference in the event this issue pops up for any other future tenants.
