If I could add more stars I would! John was a lifesaver. I was under pressure to get storage and after calling many places and getting little help, I found John.. he was so friendly and helpful, explained everything and put my mind at ease. Really good customer service I would highly recommend doing business with them!

Spectacular facilities, everything is clean. Staff is professional. They welcomed me with open arms. They have everything you need. Different space options to different locks for your unit etc.

Very easy process of move in and move out. Storage access exceeds business hours which was convenient with my business schedule. I would recommend storing your items with this Extra Space Storage location in Plainview!
