I bought my first Ferrari here and the experience was wonderful. From the first phone call I was guided by Andrew who had great suggestions and took great care of us from the moment we came in to the moment we left with our used/new car. Shawn, the manager as well was fantastic in assisting and getting our title as fast as he could. The day I picked up the car I met the previous owner briefly, who assured me the car was terrific. I have the car for one day and it is absolutely amazing!!! Thank you Andrew and thank you Shawn.

Bought 4 ferraris from this dealership since 2020. Had my 812 Superfast serviced at their service center, 200 miles later my motor blew 4 connecting rods. They pushed the issue back on me and offered no help and even threatned me with storage fees if I didnt get my car out.Currently involved in litigation with This dealership, their autogroup and Ferrari Of North America. Please stay far away as I had multiple ferrari owners reach out to me with similar claims of negligence in their service department. See pics attached.

I was definitely out of place but my friend grandson was so excited to see Ferrari. All stuff was very nice and no one made a fuss, even though was obvious we were there not to buy one. Nice place

Test drove the Ferrari Roma Spider ... what can I say , drives like no other, Fred the salesman is very knowledgeable and patient . When I make my first 5 million I'll be back to buy one . They also offer me a coffee that was very tasty . They really make you feel comfortable in a dealership that can be pretty intimidating.

Contacted this dealership for in interest in one of their pre owned vehicles. Started off attentive with some info on the vehicle. Then things went sideways, people not responding to my request for additional information. It was as if because I did not make an immediate offer they were done with me. 8 days later I get a call from a staff member asking me to call her back and an email from the GM asking for feedback. I called back 2 times and responded to the mail offering to talk to the GM with my feedback. That was 2 days ago and no response from them.Being in sales for over 30 years I know that as long as a customer wants to talk then they are interested in doing business,yet the professionals at this Ferrari dealer do not seem to know this.

I was in between cars and I called the sales department and advise them that I would be coming in. I told him my name and asked them if they had some time. I was in luck it’s Tuesday afternoon and I was told to come in. When I showed up, I was greeted by name, the salesman showed me the new and preowned vehicles and I was given a wonderful, spirited test drive up and down the LIE. I really came close to buying a car that day. Very very close. The dealership was flawless and custom service/ the appointment and test drive total top shelf experience I couldn’t be happier. I bought a car from this dealership recently and dealt with Gia White. She did a fantastic job. She stayed in communication from me throughout the process which was key since I am buying from out of state. Ms. White wasn't pushy and helped me find the right vehicle for me. Highly recommend.

DJ Gonzalez and the crew are amazing and honest people they helped my dad and I get into a pristine AMG C63s Cabrio. This dealer makes car buying a wonderful experience. Will be (hopefully) purchasing my next car from them!!!!

Do not sell your Ferrari here. There are too many more reputable and professional dealerships that will handle your sale better. They tried to force me to take back my car that another person bought and drove off the lot. Luckily I sought legal advice and found out my rights. If you have any major issues, like I did, file a complaint with the DMV division of vehicle safety. I was able to get my money back for the sale of the car but they still took their commission and I lost my tax credit.
