I went to the optimum store @ Lindenhurst and Brandon was absolutely professional, patient and very knowledgeable he answered all my questions helped me to upgrade my wifi. “I had an amazing experience with Nish at the Verizon Wireless store in Garden City! I bought an iPhone 16, and Nish was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my needs, asking how I used my phone and even chatting about Netflix shows, which made the whole process fun and personal. Nish strongly recommended insurance, explaining how it covers theft and damage with same day replacement. I thought I’d be fine without it since I’m careful, but boy, was I wrong! A few weeks later, my phone got stolen in a train in France, and I had to pay $830 to replace it ouch! I really wish I’d listened to Nish’s advice. He even offered a Netflix and Max credit to sweeten the deal, which would’ve saved me money. Nish’s patience and genuine care stood out, and he made me feel like a valued customer. If you’re in Garden City, ask for Nish he’s the best! I got the insurance this time.”

“I have been billed for HBO max since April, although I dont have TV Service from Optimum. I have been unable to remove the charge from my bill, even though I have spoken with reprsentatives from Optimum. I keep deducting the $13.78 from my bill each month. If this is not cleared up soon, I guess i'll have to cancel my Optimum service altogether.Jack Horowitz”

He helped me choose a new phone, I told him what I was looking for l, he went through options with me and compared them to what I was getting now, and was never pushy, which I really appreciate. I then couldn't get the phone activated because I thought I knew what I was doing (I didn't!). Vijay helped me sort it out fast, with no issues. Highly recommend the Farmingdale Airport Plaza Verizon store!”
