Horrible, the person who drew the baby's blood was very annoying. That girl needs help because if she is doing such a delicate job, she needs more patience with the children because she would not like them to treat her and yell at her children. Very bad. experience

Two of the phlebotomists at this location are so skilled that you won’t feel the needle go in. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, you’ll be hard pressed to find more than one person running the entire show and that causes multiple issues, especially when you advertise yourself as a walk-in lab. You have ONE PERSON handling both appointments and walk-ins?! Not just that; one person cannot possibly check people in, run their insurance, take their blood, send out specimens, and then sanitize the space after they take the specimen without at some point either burning out or worse, making a critical mistake. Forget about trying to maintain customer service. That’s a lot on one person in a medical-type setting. On this particular occasion, I had an appointment which required fasting, but for weeks all they had available was 10 AM or later. I took a 10:30 AM. I got there at 8:15 AM hoping I could just wait as a walk-in because I’m anemic and fasting until 10:30 AM might mean fainting when they draw blood. There was a father with two kids and another guy waiting there already; no seats. I checked in with my license at the self-service kiosk, figuring it’s like a walk-in. I wait. The tech takes the two appointments before me. I finally get a seat and I’m alone figuring “great - I’ll be next”. At around 9:15 AM, a man walks in and intercepts her at the desk to check in as she was walking back from the screaming little girl she just had to deal with. He says he’s early and that he’s the 10 AM. Two appointments walk in after him that I assume were before us, because suddenly I got moved down to 4th on appt screen. The tech starts to take the third lady who walked in after I’d been waiting an hour before ANY of these people even walked through the door! That’s not okay. The system should at least show that I checked in as a walk-in or something that indicates my wait time. When I mentioned this to her, she asked my appointment time and said that the three other people who walked in after me all have appointments. It makes me wonder how it would’ve gone had I made no appointment at all. Either way, it’s not acceptable on multiple levels. I walked out.

Service was fantastic! Jamila was super helpful checking me in, and Iqbal had a great personality drawing my blood! Plus I didn't feel a thing! Highly recommended ?

I had my blood drawn by Iqbal at this location and I wish I could give him 100 stars! I am typically a "hard stick" and usually get poked 2 or 3 times before they find a good vein! He got me on the first try and it was absolutely painless, I had to double check that the needle had even gone in ?Highly recommend Iqbal!!!

Long wait (exactly an hour) due to the fact they have only one person who serves to do check-in and is the phlebotomist. She’s excellent, great phlebotomist, but they need front desk staff.

I brought 2 of my children to labcorp today. Both nervous. Iqbal helped us and drew their blood. He was funny, engaging, patient, kind and made the entire experience pleasurable. I wish more people were like him. .

Doctor Iqbal was fantastic. People tend to have trouble finding where the vein is, but Dr. Iqbal had no problems at all!

All I know, is my girl Jamila needs a raise. I think I was in and out within 5 minutes- no exaggeration. If you're scared of getting blood work- come here. It was painless and so easy. I had about 5 lab corps closer to me than this location and I came here because of the reviews. This is the spot ??

Small, clean office, with very friendly staff. Iqbal was my phlebotomist, and he kept me distracted and at ease. Great experience!

I’m so scared of getting bloodwork done but Karen was absolutely amazing. She was kind, gentle, patient, and showed me absolutely no judgement. That is SO important to someone with such a severe phobia… and now I feel one step closer to conquering my fear. Thank you so much Karen!!!! :)

I just left the lab and had a fantastic experience. I don't do well with blood work so I was very nervous but had no reason to be! I was greeted warmly by two people, and brought back quickly. The gentleman drawing my blood was an absolute sweetheart. He joked around with me the whole time and kept me calm, and was a pleasure to talk to. I'll absolutely be coming back here for any lab work that I need!

LabCorp is the best for routine bloodwork! This location in particular has super friendly staff. You don't feel a thing when they insert the needle! Fast results in a user friendly patient portal. Highly recommended if your insurance covers them.

Jamila is amazing! I came in and checked myself in using the tablet. Within minutes, my name was called, gave her my info and was told to wait in room 2. I had no idea she was running the whole place by herself! Jamila was fast, professional, easy to talk to and I didn’t feel anything before the jab was over! I drove 45 mins to this spot because of the high ratings, and I was not disappointed. There are 4 labcorps near me, within 10 mins, but I avoided them due to the 1-2 stars and comments regarding how unprofessional and rude they are!
