I found this GEM on a whim. And once I entered the doors I knew I had to have my father's 70th birthday party here! The ambiance is breathtaking. Then I met Tommy and he sold me on the space. EVERYTHING he promised, he provided. And he catches all that I missed. It is hard to find managers like this nowadays.
All my guests raved about the food - we are Jamaican- and the staff. Great venue! Wonderful staff! I can't wait to have another event!!!!! And all this on Long Island. I am still in awe!!!

Tommy and the Lakeview Ballroom were nothing short of exceptional for my mom’s 75th birthday celebration. The ballroom was absolutely gorgeous, and Tommy had every detail covered. He asked all the right questions, even ones I hadn’t thought of, to ensure everything was perfect. Tommy and his staff were a well-oiled machine, making the entire event flow beautifully. My mom especially loved the VIP suite, where she got dressed, enjoyed champagne and a charcuterie board, and had her own private bathroom. The lake and fountain in the back made for stunning photos, adding a special touch to the day.
Originally, I had planned an outdoor event, but the rain forced a last-minute change. Tommy stepped in and helped me relocate everything to the ballroom in just four days, handling the entire process like a complete professional. What was also great was that we were able to bring our own food. I highly recommend Tommy and the Lakeview Ballroom—they made the day unforgettable!

I hosted a luncheon at the Lakeview Restaurant at the Hamlet in Plainview a couple of weeks ago for approximately 25 friends. Tommy did a marvelous job. The event was a huge success and the food was delicious. Everyone had a tremendous time and the restaurant has such a warm atmosphere. I always enjoy inviting friends to come join me for dinner. Kudos to Tommy and his staff. 5 stars for sure!!!

Had a party last night for our son's recent wedding. Tommy did a fantastic job for us. Food and service were outstanding. We highly recommend the facility for anyone considering a party here.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! My husband and I had our wedding at Lakeview Ballroom on 8.13.22 and we could not be more pleased or grateful on every level! If you’re considering having a wedding or event here - look no further and go for it because you won’t find this amazing level of service, professionalism, attention to detail, responsiveness, and honesty anywhere else!! Tommy was extremely helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process, always quickly responding to every single question or detail we needed! The day of, Tommy, Gia, and the entire staff were seamless in the execution of the food and wedding reception. They were so amazing you couldn’t even tell they were there! It was like the food just magically got delivered and always perfectly timed! When a glass broke on the dance floor, it was as if it was magically cleaned up in an instant due to the detail and quickness of the staff. Gia and Tommy personally catered to everything my husband and I needed on wedding day, personally bringing us food and drinks! They even made us our own special meal order that consisted of a little bit of all 3 options we had chosen for the guests. And the food is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! What more can I say? This is the best venue for a wedding or event and I am eternally grateful to Tommy and Lakeview Ballroom for making our special day so perfect and seamless!

Let me start by saying I’m not easy to please. My standards are high! This last weekend we had an engagement party for our daughter at Lakeview. There is no better venue on Long Island dollar for dollar. This venue and the entire experience from planning through the last minute of the party was 5 star. To start the room is spectacular with soaring ceilings and a lakefront view that cannot be recreated. Our guests raved over the food, there was a great selection and it was delicious! We had 98 people, and there was a ton of room. No lines at the beautiful bar or buffet (we requested buffet over sit down). We had a DJ with TV’S and plenty of room on the dance floor to celebrate. Tommy was amazing. He hooked us up with the best vendors to add extra special elements to the experience for our guests. After this experience we immediately moved our corporate events from Blackstone to Lakeview. I know this is a lot of information but you only get one shot at celebrations and Lakeview is a must for consideration. One more thing. It’s totally private. No sharing the venue with other parties. It’s all yours and it’s 1st class. Thank you to Tommy and staff for an incredible and unforgettable event!

Every single thing about our wedding at Lakeview Ballroom was amazing! Tommy was an absolute pleasure to work with and truly gave us the wedding and party of our dreams. The facilities are gorgeous and extremely well kept. The food, drinks, service, every detail exceeded our expectations and our guests have been raving about the amazing time they had. We are so thankful to Tommy and all the staff and would absolutely recommend Lakeview Ballroom 10 times over!

We just had our engagement party of 106 people at Lakeview Ballroom, we rented out the restaurant. It was nothing short of amazing & everything we could have asked for and more. I don’t have enough good things to say about Tommy, he is outstanding, communicative, on the ball and makes everything seamless. The bartenders and wait staff were incredible. Everyone has been talking about how awesome the party was, how good the appetizers & food was and how beautiful the venue is. I wouldn’t change a thing if I had to do it again. If you are considering your next event or wedding here ... stop considering & just do it. You will NOT regret it.
