Service was very good and they accommodated our large party when we got there since they don't take reservations. Salad and desserts were great but the chef may had an off day. The soup, calzone and some entrées were just meh.Delsy was a great server and so patient with us, especially with our kids.

I’ll be honest… I’mSHOCKED this place doesn’t have close to 5 star reviews!! The food was RIDICULOUS good!!! The service was great. The workers who bus the tables and take care of things like that were so unbelievably attentive, and nice. I could not be more impressed. I think because it’s a pizza place in the front it’s deceiving. You might not realize there’s a whole restaurant in the back. We will definitely make this our go to for dinner.

Horrible! The woman working the back counter was so rude to me and had the biggest attitude. They forgot something in my order and refused to give me a complementary dish that was missing after being told over the phone they would give me the missing item free of charge. I'm never buying from here again!

Always a great experience! Salads, pizza, and any entrees have never disappointed. Their house salad dressing is an all time favorite of mine. The fountain soda is great and you can't beat the bread basket. All the staff are always very friendly and in a good mood. Toni is a gem and makes sure his customers are happy. I order in from la p and go here all the time! I'd recommend going here to anyone in the area or for someone in the mood for some NY style Italian food or pizza!! 1000/10

This is a review for La Piazza formally mama Teresa in Westbury. We were a fan of Teresa for many years, but in the last two years, the quality went down dramatically, and we stopped going there. They recently closed and rebranded as one of their Sister restaurants We got a very good coupon to entice us to come there again. Let's give it a try again. The menu is largely the same, staff is the same but the quality is worse. Needless to say they raise the prices and now charge for refills of beverages, which is a total disregard for service and 3 1/2% more for credit card. Now when you pay $30 for a chicken meal $.90 more give me a break We ordered fettuccine Alfredo and chicken Toscana. The fettuccine Alfredo was as boring as boring could be and had no flavor, it got sent back. in the effort to make us happier they gave us an order of raviolis. They said it was homemade and it was acceptable if you screw up ravioli that's pretty bad. I asked the waiter. How is the chicken and he said the new recipe is a bit sweeter, which was an understatement, we tried it and probably won't be back very often. At the end of the day $29 for a chicken cutlet and $21 for six ravioli without any side dishes or other enticements to eat there, It isn't worth it. I can easily buy a box of fresh ravioli for nine bucks, you need to bring value to your restaurant and provide a reason to visit not just slap together some food and put it in front of your patron. I will miss you mama Teresa or is it La Piazza.

Not only have they raised their prices, but they have shrunk their portions. I understand inflation, but don't rip me off by trimming the portion size as well. I ordered a specialty pizza slice for $5.50. I wouldn't mind the price, but the slice of pizza was half the size it should have been. I've noticed smaller portions on their dishes as well.

The food is OK here but nothing special. What really surprised me is when I ordered a pizza which was a margarita pizza it came out to $37. I have never paid $37 for Margarita pizza and I eat in Manhattan a lot and the most I paid for margarita pizza is maybe $26 the biggest disappointment is it wasn't even good. there are better places in the area that are cheaper. This place is a rip off.

So this is regarding the newly opened store in Westbury ? Is this just a name change with the same food as mama Theresa ? I think so . As we order out a lot from The office we were greatly disappointed in the food and service we Received . Quality is nothing like the La Piazza in Merrick or Melville . The staff is the same rude staff for Mama Theresa. Food quality less than acceptable and mimics mama Theresa food. We stopped ordering there due to the lack of quality and food just wasn't good. Staff couldn't care less seems nothing has Changed. The only change is a name. Why would you put your reputable name on another business that doesn't reflect your other restaurants??

4.5 stars Pizza is great! Sicilian is one of best I've ever had. Salad pie is surprisingly outrageous. Who would think a salad pie would be amazing, but it is there. Pasta dishes are pretty good as well. My favorite is fusilli with grilled chicken and broccoli rabe . Great local pizzeria with friendly service

It's a small quiet unassuming local spot. The cappelini is insanely delicious, it was my first time having g one. Worth going there for that
