They have a nice selection of plants and succulents for September. Visited the bakery looking for their mini apple turnovers. While they only had large ones they weren't too bad. I preferred the chocolate chip cookie - if you like crunchy cookies. It's a pretty average shop - this one was a bit unkept- there was a refrigerator water leak on the floor...

The store is empty, it’s dirty, the staff tell me that they don’t have enough help or product and if I didn’t know any better, I would think that they are in the flower business instead of in the food business because the only thing that was full, and the store was the flowers. Very sad that there is no fresh produce or meat. Most disappointing for a local food store.

What an awful food retailer! Would give 0 stars if possible. Plainview Lidl really has gone downhill. Dirty, inaccurate signage, price labels missing and in the wrong place, as well as low and missing stock. On one visit, they didnt even have staples such as bread or eggs!
This morning, all self checkouts were closed and only one cashier with the awful personality described below.
Am willing to pay more for a better retail experience rather than save a few pennies.
Deleted the app, will be avoiding like the plague and be taking my business elsewhere. Recommend others do the same.

The Indian cashier was so rude. She never nice to customer. I bought groceries this morning, she did not even say good morning or even Hi. When she gave me a receipt, she said loudly “All set”.
Last time, I asked her why they did not open the self checkout, because I do not like to go to her, and she yelled at me “I am here, why do you want to go to self checkout?” She was so nasty!! Why LiDL keep employee like her??

The store was wonderful when they first came to Plainview. I wish I could say the same, now. What I dislike the most about Lidl is that there is no customer service at all. The customer is never right and you leave there frequently feeling not heard or unfairly treated. Trying to reach corporate to share feedback is difficult or impossible I have found out.Also, they are very short-staffed. There is frequently only one register open and only sometimes is there a person at the self-checkout to assist customers. Therefore, there's frequently a wait to check out.On a positive note, their flowers and plants are fantastic and priced fairly. Their produce is hit and miss. And their Walnut bread that's baked on site is delicious.
