Their Chocolate covered jalapenos and perky trail mix are to die for. I never knew chocolate goes so well with spicyness but it does. (Buy your own cause I ain't sharing ) 4 stars! Yeah baby😉

Outstanding - spicy chocolates are amazing, and the fire syrup makes a great spicy margarita! Love it.

I don't typically like overly spicy food, but I like a little kick, a little bite to spice up the flavor. Little Bird's trail mix, is a great pick me up in the middle of a busy day.

Their "Fire Syrup" has earned a permanent spot in my spice cabinet! However, my favorite uses for it are on pancakes, ice cream, and on cereal! It has a taste that will tickle your senses. For me, it was "Love at first spice!"

Little Bird Curious Confections is a family-run business producing unique candy and syrups. I had the opportunity to work with the owners and their devotion to product quality and production techniques is impressive. Store and restaurant owners, reach out to Corey and Sara to see how their products can kick your business up a notch!

Update: After a couple of clarifying conversations with owner (Corey Meyer, who was super responsive) I realize the word "original" on the package is the differentiating factor. He says "the Original Fire Bites contain no chocolate. They don't all have sugar on the outside but are still candied." He also gave me a couple of ideas on how to use the "original" in cooking or making spicy drinks. Thanks, Corey! Next time I'm going to make sure the ingredient list says chocolate because I'm definitely going to go out and get some! Happy Spicy Holidays! I got a bag of the fire bites candied jalapenos from a specialty chocolate store in SouthCenter Mall, Seattle. I've had this treat (same brand) before so didn't think twice and took a big bite. My mouth was on FIRE, literally! I was kind of shocked as I didn't expect this to be so fiery or hot. I looked closely and realized they had forgotten to candy the jalapenos which were just dried and stuffed in the bag. Wondering if anyone else had a similar, distasteful experience?

I don't live in the area, so occasionally a friend of mine brings me the Little Bird Chocolates, chocolate covered jalapeí±os. Oh my god, they are so deliciously addicting. The heat of the jalapeí±o, coupled with the sweetness of the chocolate, sprinkled with a perfect little hint of sea salt, all make for a delectable flavor explosion, that will keep you coming back for more. These babies are spicy little pieces of heaven, right here on earth. If you like the heat, these are your treat!

Little Bird Chocolates are just wonderful. Well-made and delicious! Though they are known for their chocolate covered jalapeí±os ( which are amazing) I have to admit that the dark chocolate marshmallows are my favorite.
