I love to shop at loft,I have been shopping at Plainview stores and on line for many years,When an item I order online does not fit I preferred to go to the store in Plainview to exchange it or return ,I never have any problems there but for the last past few months they have a younger manager who always is very rude,She is always giving me hard time and on June 17/25 She told the person who was taking care of me to tell me don’t go to that store any more,than I should go to another location and before all that the lady was helping me order a top on line and I want to buy another one in the store than they did not want to sell me or give the Item number to order myself on line I never hear about telling to a customer go to other loft store because one of the manager doesn’t want you there,I went to shop at loft in Roosevelt fiel mall after that bad experience in Plainview and they were very helpful they order for me a few tops and they gave me a credit for the return,I call to put a complaint I used waiting for loft response.

I wish I could give zero stars. My mom and I visited this establishment, and from the moment we walked in, we were completely ignored. We were not greeted, acknowledged, or offered any assistance, while a white customer who came in after us was immediately welcomed and helped with a smile. The difference in treatment was so blatant that it was impossible to ignore—it was pure discrimination. My mom is a loyal costumer to loft in Roosevelt field mall, it was our first and last time stepping here.
It’s disheartening and infuriating to experience this kind of racism in 2025. No one should feel unwelcome because of how they look. If you value respect and equality, I strongly advise to drive an extra 15 minutes to the store in Roosevelt Field mall where we always welcomed.

The other day, my mom wanted to exchange some items in this particular Loft store, although she purchased them on the Deer Park location. One of the associates very rudely told her that she should have gone to Marshall's to exchange them instead. I feel that was a very unnecessary, humiliating comment, possibly racially motivated as my mom is hispanic. Very unprofessional! This store is not friendly to people of color!

Had a crazy racial experience here, store manager was eyeing me throughout my duration there. Not to mention when I went to check out she told the lady at the register to let her see the price tag on what I had picked out. I ended up returning my entire $130 purchase the next day and the store manager was even more nasty- when I when to return she said "ha I'm not surprised" such a weird uncalled for experience.

Walked in for a order pick up. Love shopping online at Loft. It was quick and easy. Store is clean and carries decent collection. Didn't have time to browse in store, but will be back.

All staffs in that branch are very nice and professional. They take full standard precautions for Covid too. Very comfortable to do in-door shopping in that Loft store.

The Staff of this store is just so nice. Had a question about my pick-up order so I called them up. The lady on the phone helped me out efficiently. She was calm, very friendly. Thank you :)

My favorite store!! Love the clothes. Great for casual or business. Always a great value for cute clothes! I think the sales people are just fine!
