I bought my Levante at Maserati Long Island and done all my services at this dealer. Always felt great when I went to the showroom for questions or dropped of my car for service. I'm going to stick with them when purchasing my next car Ferrari Roma!

Had a great experience overall with this dealership. I'd been looking for a BMW M4 in a specific spec for some time. After countless visits to BMW dealerships in 3 states I found one which here which was surprising. I didn't know what to expect from a high end dealership. I was met by Andrew S. who was excellent. Very positive and didn't treat me any different even thought I wasn't looking at a $100K+ car. The process was swift and painless. Maggie, the finance manager worked quickly and was concise and a pleasure to chat with. I would certainly keep them in mind for any future purchases or recommendations.

Service can be a lot better. Waited 5 days for my car back after it being flatbedded in for a blowout. Had to call 3 times before someone took care of it. Not what's expected from a high end dealer.

This is a follow up to my review of Maserati of Long Island. In short, I contacted the dealership owner Matt McGovern (Maserati of Long Island is part of the McGovern Automotive Group of Newton, MA) who had his right hand, Todd G, contact me to try to resolve the issues. Todd truly handled this the most professional way and ultimately had the car picked up and fixed for the cosmetic damage incurred during my last service. Available nights and days via text, Todd G truly exceeded my expectations in every way and even had the service manager, Julia, send me pics of the car late on a Friday night to show me where the car was stored and how they were handling it. In conclusion, I would recommend Maserati of Long Island who was acquired by McGovern in late 2021 as they truly stood by their product and went out of their ways to resolve my issue. Cannot be happier with the recovery and the professionalism shown by the entire team there.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this car dealership, and I feel compelled to share my negative review to warn potential customers. My encounter with this dealership while purchasing a 2022 Audi SQ5 Prestige was nothing short of a nightmare.First and foremost, I was completely blindsided by the fact that the Audi SQ5 I purchased was missing several key features that I had anticipated. The dealership conveniently failed to disclose this crucial information during the sales process. This left me feeling deceived and cheated, as I had specifically chosen the Prestige trim for its supposed top-tier features, only to find out later that these features were absent.Furthermore, it's astonishing that the dealership neglected to mention that the vehicle was imported from Canada, resulting in the voiding of the US warranty. This revelation came as a shock to me, as I was under the impression that I was purchasing a one year old car with 16k mileage with a valid factory warranty. To add insult to injury, my local Audi dealership has refused to accept the car as a trade-in due to its Canadian origin and lack of US warranty, leaving me stuck with a vehicle that I can't even trade in for something else.I attempted to communicate my concerns with the General Manager, Shawn, over the course of four weeks. I reached out via phone calls and text messages, desperately seeking some resolution to the mess that I had been thrust into. However, my attempts to contact him were met with complete silence. This level of unresponsiveness and disregard for a customer's concerns is shockingly unprofessional. It's evident that this dealership's practices are not only unscrupulous but also entirely unethical. Selling a car without disclosing missing features and withholding information about its origin and warranty status is a blatant breach of trust. This experience has left me with a vehicle that's not up to my expectations, no warranty, and no support from the dealership.I urge anyone considering doing business with this dealership to be extremely cautious. Their lack of transparency, coupled with their unprofessional behavior, has created a situation that I wouldn't wish upon anyone. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and financial loss by steering clear of this establishment.

I fully understand that Maserati is a fine automobile and that you need to pay a price for this kind of luxury but almost $5000 for yearly service plus brakes. Yes expensive, more than I have ever paid for such service, even for cars similar in cost. But that is bad enough...today I received a notification that I was charged an additional $65 for gas for the loaner. To the best of my knowledge I returned the car with a similar amount of gas to the amount that was there when I picked up the loaner. The $65 is not really the point...it's just a bit chintzy.

I had a great experience purchasing a 2016 GTS convertible. At the time of purchase they were missing a second key. My salesperson told me he would order one. The very next day a suspension light came on the dashboard. I called and again they were great, picked up the car, evaluated and got the light turned off. Dropped the car back to me. All good. The light turned on again a month or so later, I emailed my sales guy and he said no problem - your key is in so set up a service appointment and we will coordinate the key being programmed at the same time. When I finally got a chance to coordinate, the service guy said he knew nothing about the key, asked my sales guy who also said he knew nothing. I was told they would re-order the key and get back to me. That was weeks ago. I emailed again and no response. I even copied/emailed the finance manager on my deal. No response. Not sure how a company can go from great to ghosting me in a few months but that’s what they did. I moved on today and ordered a new key for $800 with programming time with Gold Coast Maserati. They were very responsive and I look forward to having my car serviced there instead.

The worst Maserati dealer in the north east. I had a new tire replaced at this dealership three months ago, I found a bulge in the side of my new Pirelli P Zero tire. what kind of quality is this? After I talked to with this dealership, they told me buy another tire. They want to me spend another $500 to buy a new tire for just 3 Tmonths. This is awful. They using very poor quality products to client. This is a very bad Maserati dealership.

These guys took two days to tell me that the gas cap was loose. They are aloof and unhelpful. Chris told me to have my car towed because the engine light was on. He Could have simply told me to check the gas cap which apparently happens all of the time. After they towed the car from my home in the Hamptons they told me to come and pick it up. I would avoid this outfit if at all possible.

Maserati of Long Island is a pleasure to work with. The entire team is exceptionally well informed and customer service driven. The service is by far superior to any other dealership I have ever dealt with. Thank you for always making sure my car is in perfect condition.
