Been using him since 2023, today sunny(mechanic) was all nasty which I tried to ignore but he kept going. Left my car for routine inspection, called in the morning saying why just inspection why you leaving notes just inspection ??? When I went to pick up the car he wants to continue to vent. He was upset I went somewhere else for oil change . So I told him, my last oil change he admitted he forgot to put enough oil when I called my car is alarming a day after he changed it. Now he like I lose money on my car because it needs more oil then others but don’t you charge me how much you put in??? Then he changes it to it burned then I reminded him he told me he forgot to check at the end . I guess it jived because I started yelling back what’s your problem . Gave this guy mad customers and done damage control for people that complained . I’m done after giving you a lot of business . I never even bargain with you when you charge extra for “fluid top offs” or any of the other stuff I can get cheaper from other shops . I never bargained because I was supporting the local guy and you were new. Well after reading these reviews I guess I was just another guy…..

Similar to other reviews. Came for an inspection. Dude with the pointy mustache was rude. I'm a former auto mechanic I know how it goes. Things get stressful but you don't treat people this way. He tried writing up things and overcharging me for an oil change. His tone was overly dismissive. He clearly did not want to do the job and was doing everything he could to squeeze money out of me. I finally told him to give me my keys back and left.

Horrible service, saw a woman’s car breakdown at the gas station. Man came outside screaming at her demanding she move the car. When she explained her battery died he said he will replace the battery for $500. Woman said she couldn’t afford it and asked for a jump. Employee said he can jump the car for $80. Never saw an employee yell at a woman like that. Horrible person.

If I could I would give this place zero stars. I went for an inspection for my car. They told me that I can come back in two hours. About an hour later he calls saying my car needs service and asked if I wanted to get it done. I informed him that I have an appointment for that already. He told me to come pick up the car and said that he won’t do the inspection if I won’t get the car serviced by him. The car service is base 100 dollars and the inspection is 10. I explained to him that Hyundai offers free service cause I just got the car and I don’t have money to just spend because I am a student that doesn’t have a stable income. He was like oh well I have to run a business and brushed me off completely. He is a rip off, rude, and a waste of time. Don’t come here. A note to the rude man : you just lost 4 potential customers, all with cars that need to be serviced and oil changed. I think you need a refresh on how to run a business.

BEWARE!!! Brought my mother here for a car inspection and to fix 1 tire that was low on air. He wanted to charge $45 for windshield wipers she had replaced 3 months ago, and $40 to plug the tire. We said, no and went to pick up the car. The tire was now noticeably much lower. The guy with the curled up mustache wanted to charge $10 for air in that 1 tire. I told him that it wasn’t this low when we dropped it off and he started yelling that he doesn’t care. Going somewhere else and wondering if the tire will now need to be replaced. Will file a report with the BBB.

Terrible price gouging attempt and terrible service. I came here to plug a tire, left my car. He calls me after an hour that he PLUGGED A SIDEWALL and it was still leaking, recommending I get 2 new tires. First of all any decent mechanic knows shouldn’t plug a sidewall and it’s dangerous. Costco won’t ever plug it. I go to pick up the car, decline the tire replacement and he proceeds to attempt to charge me 35$ for a plug ( that didn’t hold) He lies and said that plainview tire and plainview auto both charge 35$ ( i called to confirm this wasn’t the case 20 and 25 as of today). I call him out on the ridiculous price and he lowers it to 25 but REFUSES TO GIVE ME A RECEIPT. ( This is the man w the mustache that has curled side ends held by a gel of some sort if anyone wants to know who it was ). I will never be coming here again, called him after to express my distaste after I called the other locations verifying his lie and also told him he should have called me before doing any work on my car ( especeially if it would not work or if it’s on sidewall…this is dangerous to even attempt for the driver!! He hung up on me!! Terrible I hope he’s not the owner and the owner sees this and corrects the situation, disgusting behavior poor service to hang up on me. To top it off he left my wheel lock thrown in my glove compartment box and my trunk a mess. I had to ask him to put it where he found it all my trunk panels were in pieces. AND he drove my car off to the side without securing my wheel nuts. What a disaster, I want a refund!

I would leave - negative star review if I can..Im sitting here at their repair center and the owner has my car hostage because Im refusing to pay $20 that he never even told me I had to pay!!Now if he did anything i would pay ALL DAY!! But he took my tire off, sprayed water on my tire and said he cannot fix it he needs to order tire and I need to replace it.Then I said okay and left my name and number.Everything was fine until as Im walking out he saids Sir, you need to pay $20...I quickly answer... um for what? You havent done anything and he answers for my time.And now hes holding my car hostage and not letting me go back to my family. My wife needs to leave for Choir practice and Im stuck here waiting for the Police to come!!Avoid at ALL COST!!!!

They refused to do inspection even though they had no customers in shop.
