I couldn't find the item I was looking for and an employee walked me right to where it was. The woman who helped me at the register was friendly and seemed happy to be working at Petco.

Groomer cut my dog but wouldn't tell me how it happened and now won't answer any calls regarding follow-up vet care !!!!!

It seemed bigger than other petcos I have been to. Customer service was top-notch. I was looking for a particular cat treat. The associate took very good care of me. They even walked me to the item i was looking for.

Do yourself a favor and donāt bring your dog here for anything. Worst kept petco I have been to, staff is unfriendly and the groomers are not good. My two dogs got groomed here with a terrible cut, and my little one has a scab in his private area. They also have a nonsense up charge. Worst.

Donāt waste your time in this place, the staff is indifferent, they left us waiting to buy some fish for my son and he came sad because we couldnāt buy anything. It seemed that I was asking him for a favor when what we wanted was to buy. Disappointed.

I'm taking time to review and refute the negative ones that surprise me! My large dog and I enjoy visiting this location and have found its staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My husband was pleasantly surprised by the relatively large inventory of saltwater aquarium supplies. I haven't tried the grooming facility but I like its evident transparency.

Horrible employees here. They act as if helping the customers is an inconvenience to them so we left with a crying kid. Went to Huntington and got our questions answered and got exactly what we needed from a lovely employee. It's amazing a few bad apples can ruin a good store.
