Plainview Mail Room has consistently been wonderful! I have used several ways to ship between my eBay and Esty shops as well as general returns, and no other local places have even come close to convenience and genuine helpfulness. Also, I am in and out quickly and never have to wait in long lines like everywhere else! I highly recommend for all shipping or return needs! They literally do it ALL!

The man who works right in the front is very rude. I had 4 huge packages and there were three people working, I asked if someone could help me carry some to my car, which was right outside and he replied "I can't leave the store, but you can make two trips." And scoffed at me. He definetly could have walked 5 feet outside and helped me for one minute while two other employees were in the store. I will not be using this mailroom again.

An ebay scammer (OB Mart) reports this as their business address. They ship defective electronics products and wait until they are out of their ebay required 30-day window to claim they can no longer support the product.

Good and quick service overall! If you're looking to ship something the same day you should try to go earlier in the day -- it seems like the truck comes to pick up packages anywhere from 4:45-6pm. Not 100% sure but I think if you drop something off after the truck comes by then your package will be shipped out next day. I haven't had any issues here and some packages have arrived faster than I was expecting! Plus it's right next door to a cookie place :)

Unlike other comments, My son and I had a great experience shipping boxes to his new residence. Since they utilize all services to ship (FedEx, UPS, USPS & DHL) we were able to determine the fastest and most economical way to ship. His boxes arrived on-time and intact. If you're uncertain how best to ship, this should be your go to place.
