I called the Plainview office with issues regarding my garage door. John came out the same day looked at the problem gave me four different options of what I can do I chose one and he took care of it quickly efficiently and very very professionally. The door works perfectly now...couldn't be happier.

The service tech, John Fusco, was very pleasant. He assessed the problem with my garage door and explained the problems at hand. He gave me a few options to work out within my budget and then proceeded to replace the needed parts to get the door in working order. I was pleased with the outcome.
