The tape that is used after the blood draw is garbage and needs to be changed to a proper elastic bandage.
This is what is needed . After a blood draw, an elastic bandage (also known as a self-adherent wrap or cohesive bandage) is often applied to the puncture site to provide compression and help stop bleeding. This type of bandage helps to apply pressure to the area, reducing the risk of bruising or swelling. It's important to leave the bandage on for at least 15 minutes, or as directed by the healthcare professional

Schedule appointment online, or walk-in. Kiosk check-in could be frustrating for some people. No human for help. Must have drivers license and insurance card ready to scan. Very quick blood draw as long as you have appointment. Minimal pain.

ALWAYS comfortable there! Nobody likes to give blood, but Quest in Plainview is ultra-clean and the staff is so caring and welcoming. This time Fatima drew my blood and got the vein the first time. I've been to so many labs (and hospitals) who need to jab me many times, but Quest in Plainview has the BEST TECHS!

The phlebotomist I had was Fatima. Her manner was very professional and friendly. She expertly found my (small) vein, painlessly took blood and labeled all the vials. I had no marks where she took the blood and no black and blues that I've had with other phlebotomists in the past and at the hospital. Her expertise and skill as a phlebotomist was absolutely evident.

we had appointments @ 06:10 and were accepted 2 minutes later. the lab personnel was gentle, attentive and courteous. by 06:15 both of us were done. results were sent to us the next morning. thank you

I am EXTREMELY happy with Quest Diagnostics they are professional and the results come in one day. The facility is clean and the workers are excellent

I keep calling to get estimation for a test and it keep asking test code. I google and then found the code but it says that it is an incorrect test code. They should understand that normally people will not know the codes. In their automated system, they should also provide a website with such codes.

Called in On time and clean facilities with friendly staff. Tech was excellent and profession. He was a male named Airlen or something like that. Gentleman, considerate and genlte handling. Ask for him to extract blood specimen if you like painless treatment.

I get nervous to give blood for tests but all the personel are excellent at their job. Always goes very smoothly. They are patient, kind and experienced.
