I've only had positive experiences here, and I'm not a Size 2 dripping with diamonds. Staff has been helpful and friendly but not overbearing--no attitude. Not cheap at all, but I like the selection they have. Lots of pretty sweaters, jackets, good jeans selection.

I’ve been in this store a few times and each time it’s the same thing. The minute you walk in, you feel like there is a party going on that you have not been invited to. The owner/workers look you up and down. If you’re not someone they know, you are completely ignored. They are too busy with their regulars to pay attention to a new customer. An elitist vibe runs rampant through that store. I am trying to support small businesses but I can easily spend my money elsewhere.

To start I think Marci tries to be nice. That said the place has the single worst vibe ever. They can keep the discount, I would rather pay full price. It took three trips in there to even get a human to help me. Third time they were beyond grossly rude. The last time I went in I left my keys in the dressing room. I called there in a panic and the woman “looked” and told me they werent there. After frantically going thru dennys I went back and sure enough they were on the counter. The staff was not apologetic. (This is a small store). I decided to take their posts off my insta and never ever enter that place again. RetailIs all about service and this place has the worst people working there. They are sadly snobby, with zero to be snobby about. I will take my money and go to Americana and pay full price, which I have done for years. See ya!!!!!

This store has the nicest people in the world working there. They do not care whether or not you buy something. They just want you to be happy. If you are unsure of an item they will tell you to take it off!!!!! As a bonus they provide counseling!!!! If they ask if you want any help they just want to make sure you do not feel that you are being ignored. As for their pricing, they are competitive to similar shops. The Customer Service they provide is outstanding!!!!!! For the person who had a negative experience I think it was just not the right store for them.

Eek! Me thinks not. Every time I venture inside of this small boutique I feel judged. I know I'm not all skin and bones like most of your clientele and clothes. Even their gloves are too tiny for my slender hands! I get stared at like I'm a freak from a freak show. And every other minute someone asks me if I need help before I touch or feel an aticle in the shop, as if my touch will make their "gold" turn into poison! The shop is packed with racks of clothes and a few accessories. I usually would enter in for a change of atmosphere or when extremely bored. I never buy anything because it doesn't fit or the prices are just too damn high! $74.00 for a pair of gloves! Seriously? Most of their garments are nothing special. You can get the same or better at a place called Coquette in Garden City, NY for a fraction of the price. I know we're in rich Nassau County, but if you think your stuff is hot sh't you should have gotten a shop in a trendier location. Good luck and happy shops!
