Three employees on the floor and each one is more rude than the next. Absolutely no help offered, no greeting & they act as if you’re putting them out by asking for help AT THEIR PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT.The clothes are beyond overpriced & feel like they’re from Shein.

Beware! If you are purchasing a gift and will not be giving it to them for two weeks like what often happens during the holidays, do not buy. They have a terrible return policy. In fairness it does say their policy on receipt but I didn't notice it. All I wanted was a credit. You do not get anything after 14 days. Nothing. I had received another gift at same time from Free People which is next door and was purchased same day and that store took it back with a full refund. I ended up buying something else with that money at that store. I won't be buying anything from Ruby and Jenna again

Love the clothes as there’s always so many options. However, employees are rude every time I’ve gone in any location. Any young teenage/mid 20s girl is going to be uncomfy walking into a boutique alone, that’s just a fact. Not welcoming and didn’t even ask if I needed help.

I was in this store location for less then 20 seconds and had to leave. Two young girls on shift gossiping and laughing while saying inappropriate things. As the cashier says "what!! No one is in here" and her other coworker mumbles to say there is a customer in the store. Was going in to purchase because I love r& j however, they were super irritating to listen to and I will visit another location instead. The young girl mumbled have a good day while staring and I just walked out.

I’m a customer at this store and I always go here but this girl had a HORRIBLE attitude. Tried being friendly even though I wasn’t even greeted at the door but still had a nasty face. This isn’t the first time I have experienced it too so today I finally had to write a bad review because I am tired of it. This place needs new employees ASAP.

Horrible experience. No one greeted me or even looked up at me when I walked in. The blonde girl who rang me up was extremely rude. When she was done ringing me up, she didn't hand me my bag or say anything. I said thank you and she didn't say anything back....didn't even look up. I felt uncomfortable shopping here. Although they do have cute clothes, I will not be returning.

I went in today to shop for a specific shirt, and the workers in this location are utterly awful. Three people behind the register and me asking over and over for help. Not one person there even made eye contact. And they were all doing nothing, except talking to each other. After a few minutes one employee made eye contact but said they didnt have what I wanted. Alas, upon looking around they did have the shirt but by then I could care less. The store is messy and there is stuff everywhere.This is a store that was a staple of my wardrobe for many years but the quality of what they have coupled with the worst staff ever has turned me off. The place needs an overall. Otherwise at its current state it should be closed.The sad part of all this is every single review says the same thing. I guess the owners dont care either.
