ShopRite of Plainview - Woodbury Rd is a well-regarded supermarket with a great selection. Customers love that it has everything, from a great amount of organics and meats to prepared foods. The store is noted for being very clean, well-stocked, and having excellent weekly sales with good quality and pricing. Many are impressed with the upgrades, finding lots of room. The bakery department receives specific praise for its custom cakes, which are tasty and much more affordable than other local bakeries, though occasional mixups with pickup do occur. The staff is generally described as helpful and courteous, with some going out of their way. However, there are also reports of some very rude employees who detract from the experience. A significant complaint involves a faulty restroom door lock that caused a distressing incident. The parking lot is often busy and crowded. Overall, it is considered a very good location where customers plan to return, despite these occasional issues with staff and facilities.
This place was redesigned and now its more customer centric. Although you will find some rude representatives at the customer service , returns center

Prices are always competitive and pretty well stocked. The deli counter though needs to be managed better. Employees literally just standing there talking to each other not doing anything while a crowd of people are waiting to be helped.
