I brought in my grandmothers ring to make it into a necklace with a piece with the stone. They took the time to go through what I’m looking for and designed and created a beautiful piece by hand and engraved letters into the piece beautifully. Very kind people and great work.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I brought in my old engagement ring for them to clean and resize as it had become quite lose over the years. However, they switched out my diamond and replaced with a fake stone! They are frauds and cannot be trusted.

Bought an engagement ring here early in 2024. I was helped by Marc who was nothing but professional. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help. They had a large selection and were willing to work with me creating anything I needed. I’ll be highly recommending this place to everyone in the future

Needed a birthday gift for my wife. The first time I ever visited this store. To my surprise it was a very nice, non pushy, extremely helpful visit. I ended up buying a very unique white gold bracelet for her with the help of a very knowledgeable sales lady named Carol. What a huge help she was and such a pleasure to work with, I also met the owner Marc, he was also a great help. Thank you all so much, my wife really likes her bracelet!

The owner Mark Solomon is absolutely personable and extremely humble, I had no idea he was the name on the door. I'm actually in the store now sizing a watch band. Just based on the service they'll get my business as a first time customer.

Have been using this jeweler for years. Nice and knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices. Do my watch batteries on the spot and I'm off again in 10 minutes. Mostly use the store in Roslyn but larger store is in Plainview.

My daughter just had her ears pierced here today. It was a painless, thorough process. I was very impressed by the fact the we weren’t rushed through the process and the exact measurements were taken several times in order to allow for proper placement and symmetry.
