From the moment I enter the bank, I am greeted by the teller or the bank manager. I have never had that type of customer service in any bank. When most tellers are hidden behind a screen, yours are out there with a smile and a lending hand. Thank you. Please never change. Many institutions are missing the personal touch and compassion - something we need back!

Went into the branch of Sterling to use the ATM and also to make a deposit. In and out no waiting even this was a great stop got what I needed to do quickly.

In general we have never experienced before what my wife and I experienced in this branch today. We met an extremely arrogant, repulsive bank officer who had "ZERO" respect for health workers and who had "ZERO" care for twice COVID-19 positive patient on way to recovery. She made us first wait in drive through good 20 minutes and then made us go around and go back and join the tail-end of the drive-through line again because she was busy. We again lost another 20 minutes in this line only to see her nasty, repulsive, almost hate-like disgustful attitude for health employees when my wife told her she was a health employee and would appreciate help finish the business we were in that branch for. My wife works for two hospitals and works with Corona patients everyday and try to help them. This was quite an insulting experience that we will have hard time putting behind in the past. I am not yet ready to release her name until I have filed a complaint against this employee in her bank's corporate office and seek permission to do so.Gurmohan Shergill

This location is very pleasant. I like that it's close to Fairway. The only problem I have is with some of the tellers, the two Indian ladies don't smile enough or basically wait for you to greet them. They should be friendlier and not just favor certain customers. My sister stopped going to this location because of them. David is one of the nicest tellers, always greets me and says sorry for the wait, he should be a manager because he has good people skills and is very personable. They finally put a bell at the drive up so you don't just sit there and wait. So I give 5 stars to David because he's the only one who is professional.
