Emma, Casey and the whole team at Sun and Ski were absolutely amazing. They were extremely helpful when it came to purchasing my bike and gave me all of the information I needed while making a decision on what bike to purchase. Highly recommend coming here for all of your outdoor needs!

The worst ski shop I have ever been to. The season rentals are all old technology and very dated models. The rossignol skis I rented were over 10 years old. I bought several ski bags and two pairs of ski boots. My bag ripped the first time using it and the store manager Dawn and her partner refused to exchange it unless I contacted the manufacturer directly myself. I took matters into my own hands and had to do the store’s customer service work myself. I would not recommend this store to anyone. The guy who did my rentals was nice and the man who sold me my boots was patient as well. The store managers Dawn, and her partners are horrendous. This place feels like they thrive on ripping off people on Long Island that do not have other options that skiers normally have in mountain towns.

Chris is the best! Best customer services I ever had. Knowledgeable, patience, no hot sale … super kind! The whole store personnel are great and with good selection of products. Brought way more than I was planned to partly because of my nice experience!! Will come back soon …

I recently purchased new ski boots and skis from Sun & Ski. They were great, very knowledgable and friendly. They were EXTREMELY patient with me, and answered all of my questions. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely be back.
