WOW!!! Charge me a $10 fee to cash a check made out to "cash" from my fathers account because I dont have an account here? Looks like I will be helping my father look for a new bank immediately!! Most convenient and crooked bank!!

I understand I had 10 jurats, but I should have not waited an hour to even see the notary. I am likely switching banks after this experience

I just had the worst experience with this location.. and the crazy party is the manager was helping me. So long story short my card locked cause I was putting the wrong billing address in so I went to this branch. And the manager wasn’t willing to help me at all. With me in front of him with my ID and bank card he was pretty much implying that it could possibly not be me.. so With this being said I went to the branch in Hicksville and they fixed my issue within 5 minutes and told me that it seemed to be a personal issue and that they have heard that the manager at the Plainview branch is problematic and don’t know how to run his branch. So with that I’ve been in contact with corporate already and I will be filing a better business bureau compliant, and they can’t try and lie in any way cause my friend recorded the entire situation cause he knew they were upTo something… the entire situation was insane!! I can’t wait to hear back from corporate, but now I’m going to file a better business compliant. Stay far away from this branch.

Never have a good exeperience here. Either always short staffed or slow staff. People work in snail pace almost as if they strive to give horrible customer service. Currently 20 mins on a slow moving line where all I had to do was cash me check, I left. Please ramp up staff at this location, waste of time every time!

It took 45 min to make a withdrawal. The teller was very nice and helpful but as a manager, if you see the line isn’t moving then you should help them move it along. There was no apology by management and it didn’t seem that the was an anomaly. It looked like this was business as usual. I don’t go to this branch and will not go back again.

I went there to activate my account as I didn’t transaction last four years. Service is so slow. Frustrating.

Very bed service all people wory very slow ? ? they should some young generations to work better and faster. I waited 25 min to ask 1 question . How to open an account and what you need for it . Worst experience

Problem is not with the employees or the branch but just TD bank's way of overdoing every simple thing making customer feel convenience while the opposite becomes true.

TD bank- They oddly do NOT have banks upstate NY. It would actually be easier to drive to Canada where they originate from. Their bank personnel- all depends on where you happen upon. RI's were not up to proper standards, to say the least. Long Island NY- fairly standard, pleasant customer services, clean, and dog friendly. There are many banks spread out on L.I. New York with various hours. They have many hours and drive up access. As per say; they are a bank and one can set up accounts and use them. Re: William M. s review, I get it. I did not know they hold the checks for such a long to clear. I am not sure of their policies and will check that. Though having a business bank as CHASE- is also a good thing if you can do it as there are many branches in many states to have access. They set up a hold of much money to have an account, and charge for checks unless you have direct deposit. So, depending on your needs you must find a bank / or credit union that best suites what you want and can do. Most if not all these days have on line access as well. It is not easy to give a review as it really it an individuals choice for convenience, closeness, availability and of course assistance and good customer services in banking.

I usually don’t give a rating to a bank, but the manager at this TD bank should thank his staff for their consistent courtesy, friendliness and efficiency. They’re an impressive group of employees.
