The fabric choices are wonderful, the three ladies sitting at the three front desks are mediocre at best. I sat down where you're supposed to wait your turn and while the two ladies were chit-chatting, about personal issues I decided to then ask can someone please help me?. Well they looked as if I was such a bother. I walked up to the younger girl and I said can I ask you a question, she tells me something to the effect of she only has a few minutes. It was one question about how much trim I needed for my project. . I'm thinking to myself how long do you think it's going to take?. Though I did get an answer, I found them to be opposite of customer service. The only time I received excellent service was from the workers that were on the floor. They actually asked me if I needed help before I had to ask. That is an example of excellent customer service..

Writing from recent experience, buyer beware. Very unorganized, unprofessional and selfishly ran business. Good selection of fabrics but on principal will not be offering them my business in the future. 2 stars only because the front desk lady & manager Susanna were kind and fair thus providing me a refund.

Huge selection, samples available at a very reasonable cost, and will ship a yard instead of requiring 2 or 5 yard minimums as so many others do. I visited so many fabric stores and no one had the selection that Fabric Mill had. I would have driven there but I am a bit too far. Shipping was a bit much for my one yard but still cheaper than driving! (I hope to get there one of these days.) Very happy with my purchase. Also, quick delivery.

Amazed with the on-line selection of fabrics at the Fabric Mill. Not only did my samples arrive quickly, my subsequent order for 10 yards of upholstery fabric arrived less than a week after my purchase. All the information - including specs - were easy to find on their website.

We were told fabric cannot be had anywhere.
Especially if your not a business that deals in fabrics.
The fabric mill rescued us . Had the product we wanted at fair price and shipped it right out to us.
We will be doing more business very soon with them.
