I did call them many times, i sent them emails but I can’t reach them by phone and nobody answered on my email. Their responsibility is very poor and they can't give me money back for the transmission oil filter.

be careful when purchasing a remanufactured trans, warranty is only covers $250, to remove & replace and their isn't a shop that excepts that amount also company puts u through heartache to warranty spent $1300, on unit u also have to pay shop up front then get reimbursement from warranty to install unit, buyer beware !!!!
