Could possibly be the wordy post office in the country. Always a long line, people are incredibly working slowly, and never more than 2 people working it. Just a shame

Always short staff. There are 3 helpline counters and only one is available. Wonder how they maintain this consistency. Have never seen two clerks at same time

They have passport walk in hours on Saturday, but they also book appointments during that time. We were there for most of the walk in period, and they (unprofessionally) turned us away at the end as being fully booked. A very disappointing experience.

One employee working at 12pm. Amongst the angry mob, one woman said this will all change 1/21 and is excited for the privatization of the post office???? What a joke all around.

Very short staffed and rude! Especially the lady laxmi, doesn’t know anything about customer service! The other man who was supposed to help us, had us wait for 20 minutes and disappeared somewhere in the back and never came back for the hour that we were there. Disgusting how this is what our tax dollars pay for. 0 stars!

The worst post office ever. If you can drive to a different office pls go ahead. You will stand on a long line with only one person working. And the others are roaming around pretending to be managers

I think this post office should be closed...the attitude of many Indians is very bad. They also yell at you... they are very impatient... this is the first time I have encountered this.

Always long lines, always understaffed. Usually only one window open. Be prepared to wait.

We went to the Post Office for our son’s passport. It was 1pm and there was one person working. There was a long line. The teller said she needs to check with her supervisor to assist us. The supervisor stepped out and said she should help us. Meanwhile another person (Sunny) came out and started to yell at us. He said she should not be helping us. The teller took our son’s picture and went inside. There was a lot of shouting in the back room. All the customers were looking at each other. Teller came out crying. She said she cannot help us. We had to leave as this was a very disturbing experience for our young son. Sunny should not be working for USPS. Sunny was unprofessional to shout at us and his co workers.

Love coming to this post office, easy to get to, and very polite and helpful staff. Lakshmi in particular, is a very resourceful and helpful staff. She explains everything in detail (had a international shipment to do, and it was my first time sending one), patiently, and does a amazing job. To me, they care and do an amazing job. Thanks guys. You guys are my go to PO.

Never had a bad experience with staff. Only complaints are parking and always lines because they are short staffed.
