“scottie & paul handle business like no other shop i’ve come across. Prior to walking into westbury gold buyers i went to a shop right next to them & immediately was told to take my hands out of my pockets & to remove my hat that they felt nervous about me and my older brother being in the shop (wont make it a racial thing being that we are hispanic buuuut i wont say it wasnt racist since we were the only people of color in the shop?) IMMEDIATELY left the store and went to WESTBURY GOLD BUYERS where Scottie made us feel like we belonged, made jokes got to know us & made sure to answer all of our questions with ease.i brought in 2 fake broken chains & a real gold rope broken chain where he EASILY knew which was fake and which was real. which made my decision todo business there that much easier. He told me that the rope chain would be difficult to fix but not impossible he also warned me that there will be a possibility that the repair will be noticeable when i came to pick it up. When i came to pick it up it really looked like they went and bought a brand new chain because i couldnt notice the repair & on top of that he polished it for an unbeatable price. not to mention we’re both from the inner city so we clicked no questions asked. 10/10 review. they held my chain for almost a month because i went to texas and forgot they had it but made sure to remind me that they had it.i will DEFINITELY be coming back to them .shoutout to WGB for just an amazing experience & better prices ?”

“My boyfriend's birthday is coming up and he had a chain that needed to be fixed so I decided to go to the Window Shop since I'd heard great things about this small business from my family (that they were a trustworthy business and I didn't have to worry about being scammed). I'm so glad I went and wouldn't have wanted to go anywhere else! The store owner and her assistant were so nice to me the moment I walked in. She was knowledgeable about her craft (I just had to show her the chain for her to immediately identify what was wrong and how to solve it) and efficient in repairing the issue (took her only a couple of minutes!). What surprised me most was the price - only $2 for the repair! - when mentally I was preparing to have to pay so much more. As a thank you for her kindness and excellent customer service, I wanted to leave her a tip. The owner thanked me and immediately stated that the extra money would be put into her donation box for a local cat rescue here in Northport (love that they are so involved in helping and bringing awareness to issues in the community!) Love this business and have so much respect for the people running it. If you need to buy any jewelry or need any repairs for current jewelry you may have, know that this is the place to go!”

“I visited Philip Joseph Jewelers in Bellmore a couple of weeks ago with a diamond eternity ring which I had gotten from my grandmother. Having been divorced, I finally thought of a design for resetting the ring. I told my lovely sales associate, Anna what I wanted and she followed through exactly as requested. We removed 3 stones from the ring and designed 3 separate rings to be worn stackable. I love my new rings and I love this jeweler! Highly recommend seeing this courteous and honest establishment! You will walk out with a big smile!”
