I ordered a livingroom set online on May 20th, 2024. It was delivered to aarons in plattsburgh. I received no call to set up a delivery date. So I called them and was lied to saying they called but never left a message. I have caller ID so I knew they were lying. However, I set up a delivery date for may 29th 3pm to 6pm. They never called or showed up. I waited to hear from them. I received an email on June 13 about my upcoming payment but still no delivery. They finally called june 17th. They said my receipt for delivery was left at the store so that's why it wasn't delivered. I again set up a delivery date AGAIN for tonight. June 20th, 2024 and again no show or no call. They can keep the livingroom set and I will never do business with aarons again. I will make sure to call them tomorrow.

ANSWER YOUR PHONE IF YOUR RUNNING A BUSINESS BUT CAN'T EVEN ANSWER YOUR PHONE BUT IF YOU MISS A PAYMENT YOUR UP THE PERSON BUTT FOR PAYMENT AND STUFF AND RUDE AS HELL JUST ANSWER YOUR DAMN PHONE IF YOU HEAR IT RINGING JUST PICK IT UP AND ANSWER THE CALL

Very negative. Ordered something from them guaranteed by Donna at local store in plattsburgh, ny for today between 3 and 6. No pglhonecall no being able to get in touch cause they won't answer phone and no delivery. This is totally unacceptable way to run a business I'm very very dissatisfied

Never answer there Phone and when they do they aren't nice except for Donna she always has pleasant customer service. They never have anything in stock.

I recently purchased a washer and dryer from the Plattsburgh store, and set my card for autopay. the autopay continues to fail, and the store will call me to get the payment but will hang up the call before I can answer. I just called back 7 times after a hang up call and no one has answered the phone. This is the third time in 3 months this has happened. The service after the purchase has been and continues to be appalling. Is this how they generate late fee income?

I wish I can give it NO STARS !…Bad customer service and no sympathy for customers (only when trying to get u to pay your money and sign a lease) and NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE unless u call a million times !#1 issue is when you delivering to someone and you can’t get them by knocking CALL THEM !…We have jobs and most likely have to take off and wait for a delivery! ???????????? 1st and last time ! If I ever need leasing services again it won’t be AARONS ?!

Helpful with payment plan, but absolutely suck at answering the phone. Would call several times cause it's either hung up, or had to call corporate cause nobody would answer.

Absolutely disgusted with this company. I signed up for their auto pay authorizing them to charge my card every month on the first. This morning I attempted to make a car payment and my money wasn't all there. Aarons had charged me 3 days earlier than they were supposed to. I called the store and they apologized saying they'd return it before the end of the day. It's now almost 7 pm and my money has yet to come back. I am now late for my car payment. Who's paying the late fees?

I went in to browse and get some prices. Their prices are very reasonable and I found a previously used couch that had a fantastic price. The people were very polite and helpful.

I bought a washer and dryer about 6 months later dryer broke they gave me a beat up replacement while mine was sent out to be fix so a few month went by with no word so I called and they said they sold my dryer on me back in October so they were supposed to bring me a different one came to my house never knocked just a paper saying they were here must have been to cold for them I will never buy anything from Aaron's again they are rip offs
