I have used Alpha Stereo a few times to make some changes to my custom install radar detectors. Each time has been nothing short of excellent. The work done has been superbly nice, neat, and clean. With a very friendly, trustworthy, and competent staff, I highly recommend this store!

The job was done correctly, but everything about it was terrible. Over priced, rude installer, and the product is very sub par. I filed my complaints which received one follow up call then promptly and conveniently forgotten. I would not recommend unless you are out of options!

I highly recommend Alpha Stereo. I had a back up camera and remote start installed. I had a few issues, well my truck did, the problems were immediately rectified and I was treated so well! I was asked to return a few times until it was right! Always get an appointment very quickly and the issue is taken care of. Even when my remote start needed batteries, that was taken care of as well. I would give 10 *s if I could! Thank you again!!! Oh and I must add I was Never charged another penny!

He helped me get my turntable going and showed me the process of balancing the soundarm. Hes a great guy, very passionate about his work and I will use him anytime i need to from here on out. I'd recommend you do the same. He has good pricing but you also get a piece of his knowledge along with your purchase which is priceless IMO

I highly recommend this place! Very professional and polite. Not pushy or sneaky with any upgrades. I am very pleased with this locally owned business. Armond was extremely helpful explaining the products and prices of a remote car starter for my Jeep. I drove from Lake Placid to Plattsburgh and it was worth the drive!! You guys are the best and I will do business with you again! I’m soooo happy to start my car this morning because it was 23 degrees out!! Brrrrr. Thanks for being so awesome! ~Teresa Peck

I traveled over 100 miles to get to this place. Totally worth it! I would recommend this business to everyone. They know what they're doing, great prices and very friendly. I absolutely love my new stereo! I definitely will be going back and you definitely should too! You will not be disappointed!!
