Your local customer service is unfortunately non-existent. Getting in touch with anyone who could help me was extremely stressful. You also didn’t call before you came like you said. The only person who was helpful was the man who unlocked my tank and lit the pilot light. He gets my two stars.

It has gotten better over the last 3 years but I’m still having issues with deliveries being scheduled months before I need them. Which is costing me more money than I need to pay. Not a happy customer by any means. On top of that, I was informed that I would receive a credit on my account and it never showed up.

I love that I get an update before delivery so I can be prepared (clean walks etc) It is the nicest feeling knowing that Amerigas keeps track of my propane use, adjusting as needed and a quick note or call if I need a delivery sooner than expected. Everyone is so polite and friendly great company!
