Brandon provided excellent customer service and made the whole process so easy! He was friendly, helpful, and got me all set up with a U-Haul cargo van quickly. I really appreciated how professional and patient he was. Great experience overall, and Brandon definitely deserves recognition for his great customer service!

They've generally been good to work with, and I've had positive experiences overall. EDIT: Changing review to 5 stars, given the owner's very professional response and subsequent great interactions.
