I have high standards for the hospitality industry... I also work for BW. I have to say, this place was far above most other hotels. Even hotels that are 3x the price haven't impressed me like this place did. The rooms are large, clean, and quite nice. The staff was phenomenal, extremely courteous, kind, and helpful. The location is near any essentials and has close by shopping. To top it off, the attached restaurant (99 Restaurant) made one of the better burgers I've had since moving to the area. Also, they have a really killer pool area! Highly recommend

Really like it at BW in Plattsburgh. The rooms very nice and convenient close to all. Had a very enjoyable 4 days there.

We stayed at this hotel with our two young children, and unfortunately our experience started off unpleasantly. Although the hotel is non-smoking, our first room (#117) had a strong cigarette smell, which caused headaches and soaked into our clothes. It is surprising and even disappointing that the hotel decided to rent this room to a family despite this smell.
Additionally, the carpet was constantly damp, wetting the bottoms of our stockings. Several light bulbs were burned out and the conditioner bottle on the shower wall was empty.
The next day, the staff changed our room following our request. The second room (#137) was much better, without any odor. Other than a water leak at the base of the toilet, there were no problems. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean.
Lunch was excellent, especially the waffles. The pool was the perfect size for small children with a shallow section. The arcades were fun for the kids, but we were disturbed when the games turned off without warning in the evening, even though we had paid to play a game.
The gym was clean and well equipped for a basic workout. The hotel is well decorated and well located, close to restaurants and local attractions.
Although several aspects were satisfactory, the smell of cigarettes in the first room tarnished our stay. We will not return to this hotel.

was very disappointed with the hot tub! It's like from the 80s and only has 3 jets and was barely warmer than the heated pool.

Hotel smells like mold first 20 rooms stink with mold and they try to cover it up with spray but you can still smell it smell like mold leaking through the hallway

I have been coming here for over a year now, sometimes several days a week, and the last 2 months I have had problems with the front desk reserving rooms that I ask for such as a single king/ single queen etc. when I get here to check in today I’m told I was put in a queen , that’s not what I had reserved, for over 600+ dollars for 2 nights I should receive what I reserved. PS There are quite a few new employees working there now, and never ever have had a problem in the past!!! Not to mention, several other co workers also have been staying here for years!! Maybe our company should consider a change!!

Quick check in, delicious breakfast, clean and beautiful swimming pool...mattress and pillows are not comfortable...restaurants and groceries nearby.

Only issue was that our bed was not confortable - not an issue or knock on the facility as the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The amenities were nice, including the pool
