I was charged an extra 80¢ for gas. I tried to call and low and behold non working number. That's some slimy business dealing. Why don't you pay your own credit card fees like honest establishments do! No notice of extra charge and can easily overdraft someone's account. Disgusting and I will never go back!

Stopped for gas the other evening. Been there before with no issues. Swiped my card, inputted my pin like normal... but then it asked for it again on a new screen. I figured I must've misunderstood and skipped it asking for the zip code, since I didn't get any error message. Cancelled the transaction, and started over. Except, it asked for pin once, on a different screen. No zip code. I'm not sure if there was something weird going on, but I got my gas and saved my receipt, just in case.
This morning, I get a fraudulent charge in my bank account. Tried to call the Plaza to let them know that I think something may be off with one of their pumps, but the phone number seems weird. Calls just go through to a weird menu. So, I can't call and give them a heads up. Just be cautious.

For the nice female employee that treated me as if I was an inconvenience please be happy that people are stopping by and supporting your local businesses. I wanted $15 in gas so I handed her a $20 bill and five ones. She asked me for the third time how much I wanted in gas and for the third time I told her $15. She went on to say that I gave her $25 to my reply I know. I had to to tell her that the change is $10. If you don't know simple arithmetic you shouldn't be behind the cash register. Seriously!! We are not intelligent!!

Please fix your washing machines, half of them were marked as out of order. Only two of the large ones were available.

Pretty excited to wash my truck and trailer. We'll that went downhill quick. About 4 minutes to get chemical out of wand, each chemical that is. When switched to high pressure soap I got nothing. Attendant said you can see it leaks. Well nothing is perfect but disappointing at best.

I will say they’re lovely people but the truck was was not working. The brushes were so old and none of the items worked. It was like hearing chains and things rattling but nothing came out but water. The spray was trickling out water like a slow leaky faucet. The guy tried to help but it was a problem he says with the line. If you need your personal car washed then that side works. I was able to spray it off with water no soap. Oh and have cash as the machine was not taking cards. It kept saying add money after stopping at $2.50 not the $5 it’s requesting to get the machine to jump start. The rest of the place is very clean and they even have a laundry room there if you need to wash. The store side & restroom is clean too!

Ive been coming here to do laundry for the better half of almost 3 years now and today i give a 2 star rating. Most all the washers have out of order signs on them, the floors arent swept let alone mopped. Trash isnt empty, and the people in the convention store next door are rude when bring up our concern. It was me and another woman.

I went there today for a car wash and got home (2 miles from bucks car wash) and got out and noticed a bunch of spots on my car n looked like it wasn’t even washed. I called up and the lady was very nice and told me to go down n she would give me another wash. I went right down got the ticket and went through a second time. I got out there and it seemed ok but was still really wet. I get home go out and look after it had time to dry and the back of my car still looks unwashed. I wish I could share a picture!

No public restrooms. No trash cans either. Rude people. I asked if there was somewhere to throw away my empty coffee cup and she said no. They clearly don’t want your business, so go somewhere else.
