Great LOCAL shop. Really good recommendations for novice to experienced smokers. Even if you’re just “smoking around” to find your favorite stick, he’ll point you in the right direction based on your personal preferences. Certainly not pushy, he’s perfectly happy to just let you browse, or help you find something specific if you know even vaguely what you’re looking for. SO nice to find a local place to buy reasonably priced singles. His cigars are well cared for, as he smokes his own stock. All the cases have temp/humidity on display for all to see. Spot on every time I’ve been there. I usually buy “to go” but he has a nice little lounge if you want to hang and enjoy.

If you are a cigar smoker you won't have a lot of options in the North Country of New York. But fortunately this small establishment in Plattsburgh is spot on, the proprietor is a fine gentleman with a well stocked humidor and a wonderful atmosphere in his newly renovated space.

This is small shop/lounge and the ventilation is not adequate, but, there is a great selection to choose from and the prices are very decent. The reason I gave it a 3 is when you walk in, you're basically on your own, customer service needs tweaking.
