“We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Rebecca. After an extremely stressful experience with another rental company that left us stranded at a small airport during our very first hours in the United States, we felt completely lost and overwhelmed. Rebecca could have simply told us that no vehicles were available and sent us on our way. Instead, she took the time to listen, understand our situation, and genuinely look for a solution. Thanks to her determination and professionalism, she managed to find a vehicle for us when it seemed impossible. What impressed us most was not just her efficiency, but her kindness and humanity. In a moment of stress and uncertainty, she treated us with empathy, respect, and genuine care. Rebecca didn't just rent a car to two stranded travelers, she saved the beginning of our trip ! Thank you, Rebecca. We will never forget your help, and because of you, Avis has earned our trust for future trips.”

“Ability to accommodate delayed flights and a quick checkout process. However, one concern is that information about after-hours support was not provided, and the listed local phone number directed to the main office rather than the airport rental location, making it difficult to notify them of flight delays”

“This could have turned into a really bad review, but everything ended well thanks to the awesome agent who took care of us, Mr. Christina. Upon arrival, the website we booked the car with hadn't sent the reservation to Enterprise Rent-A-Car. But our agent managed to find a solution and we were able to get a car! Even when our card had trouble going through (foreign credit card), he found solutions once again. A huge thank you! He allowed us to keep going on our road trip to New York City! Date of experience: July 24, 2025”
