I find it to be very unprofessional that when your hours of operation are stated as being 8:30 AM but then I see people that supposedly work there walking in at 8:30 and not taking customers till I don't know when because after about 8:50 I left because I was sick of waiting. So basically to any other customer I would suggest not going there until an hour after they supposedly open, end of rant.

I have used Champlain Bank to finance local realestate deals and always had good experience. The lobby bank staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. I recommend this company.

This is not your "typical" bank! They are genuinely friendly and extremely professional. I have found all personnel to be customer service focused and they all are obviously well trained. If you are looking for exceptionally presented banking services and products, I strongly recommend that you make Champlain National Bank your first and last stop.

The tellers are always there with a ready smile and a great attitude. It's possible to speak to manager or assistant manager without an appointment, and without a long wait.
