This is not your "typical" bank! They are genuinely friendly and extremely professional. I have found all personnel to be customer service focused and they all are obviously well trained. If you are looking for exceptionally presented banking services and products, I strongly recommend that you make Champlain National Bank your first and last stop.

This bank has the worst customer service . The bank manager Laury cancelled my account without authorization. They charged me many fees over 100$ then closed my account and was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional with me as a long term client. I will be changing banks I cant do anything about it but recommend you avoid this terrible bank.
