I will never bank with community bank or recommend anyone to this bank the staff are super disrespectful giving attitude to me .every time I go there and I only switched to them 2 weeks already leaving them . My card didn't work for 2 days I had to call to fix it because they can't do it in the building then I couldn't get in to my online backing account for 1 week . Come to find out it because the staff typed the wrong information in .

Left me stranded in the middle of nowhere for 2 days on a weekend, after locking my card and the no one to fix it. Fraud department no response at all. And I was unable to get to a bank ended up calling police to get me ran outa gas and could not buy more. Worst bank ever period. All because one number was off in my phone number I got to spend 2 days and nights in a car in summer in the middle of nowhere. If you want a bank that cares if your stuck go with any other..

I have been with Community Bank for about 6 years now. They are one of the best banks that I have had the pleasure of doing business with! If I have had a problem, these folks helped take care of it. I'm not a fan of their banking app, but the 5 star's is because of the service I have received. Always polite and respectful! I'm sure I will be with this bank for many years to come!!

I need to give a huge shout out to this branch and specifically Paul Nunn for his professionalism. I had an incident today that required immediate attention, and immediate attention I received. The team was at the top of their game with COVID regulations from the moment I walked in. Paul sanitized the office prior to my entrance, surprisingly remembered my name, and instantly went to work to rectify the situation.If I could give this team 10 stars I would! Thank you to all.

I have been a customer for over 10 years and I really enjoy banking with Community Bank. If you have a problem or a concern they listen and want to help you get it straightened out. Highly recommend them they are excellent!!
