DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!Don’t ignore the review saying that they will cancel your appointment last minute. Because they will! And they will be RUDE! I drove two hours for this appointment. My appointment was for 11:45, at 11:20 they called me saying that they don’t have a spot for me today. But when I called to book the appointment they had a 9:30 AM an 11, 11:45 and a 12:15. And now, somehow they just called me and said that they have no availability today and they could maybe get me in tomorrow.

Everyone here is great and so nice. I'm a regular, if you need a new place to have your hair done give them a call. They do men haircuts too. And they are very reasonable. ******

Love this salon and their amazing stylist Jessica. If you are looking for a great pixie, undercut or other short hair style- look no further she can do anything with short cuts & styles!. I always search for reviews for short haircuts and wanted to write for others in search of short hair perfection. I was here for several weeks and needed a short hair rescue-I was able to get in quickly & Jessica listened to what I wanted made some great suggestions each step of the way. I walked out of the salon with an amazing style that I love and I can actually do myself!! Everyone there is friendly, the salon is cute, it even has a little kids area and fair prices in this economy is so appreciated. I’m visiting my daughter here in Plattsburgh and desperately needed a good cut for my short hair. Cut Loose had good reviews so I made an appointment. Kristy cut my hair and did a great job! She was friendly and asked questions about what I wanted and didn’t want. I appreciated that. When in Plattsburgh again, I would love her to cut my hair again.Service: Haircut
