Ernie the manager was spoken to and ignored request to address the lack of transparency in work requested, quoted and completed and never responded after initial phone call. Was charged for full quote of parts and labor when several parts were not installed with no explanation. Please be very wary of having your car serviced at this dealership.

Not my first purchase from Della Mitsubishi Plattsburgh and it definitely won’t be my last. Efficient, compassionate and great listeners! Everything I needed and asked for ready in a day. They even waited to call me bc I told them I would be at work. Didn’t harass me to make a sale. Listened to my needs. Thank you Della!

Wil, and everyone else who assisted me at Della was very courteous, helpful, and prompt. I drove from 2 hours away to get the perfect car. Which was priced very competetivly. When I arrived, the paperwork was ready, and I was out in no time. I highly recommend!

Very dissatisfied with the treatment at this facility.
They damaged my vehicle when they installed a hitch and never fixed it. My appointment to have it repaired was never done. Excuse after excuse. To this day still not resolved.
