We enjoyed working with Elijah very much. We really trusted his advice and guidance. He was personable professional and efficient. We finally decided on a Forester hybrid Touring and couldn’t be happier. We will definitely be a repeat customer (this is our second car with them!) with Della and Elijah!! Also they loved our dog which doesn’t hurt😀😀

I'm genuinely so upset and disappointed by the service I received from Della Subaru today. Last week on my commute home, my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. I immediately contacted the Service department and was scheduled for an appointment at 2 p.m. a week later. While the car was already in the shop, I also requested an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived promptly for my appointment and watched my vehicle not even be looked at until almost 2 hours of waiting. After waiting three hours with absolutely zero communication, I was told there were multiple broken sensors, have a packet with the quote thrust into my hands with minimal explanation, and charged almost $200 for a diagnostic. I'm typically extremely patient and never write Google reviews, but during this time, I watched multiple people who were walk-ins come in and leave before I did for oil changes and minor repairs. On the paperwork I was given, it mentions that the customer acknowledged the original quote for the diagnostic of $160; however, this was never communicated to me. Given that I purchased my vehicle from them less than a year ago, I thought they would be the right people to service the vehicle but I would have never brought it to them if I had known this given my local garage doesn't charge anything for a diagnostic. I would highly discourage anyone from utilizing the service department at Della Subaru if you want to be treated with any ounce of consideration.

Andrew and Mitch were so kind for our entire buying experience. We did most of the paperwork and numbers through texting for a day before we even went in and signed papers. They were so gracious. They did not pressure us and did not make us feel rushed. They answered the phone whenever we called and were glad to help us. They stayed past closing time and made sure we were comfortable in the car and showed us a few features. 10/10 would recommend buying from them and would recommend them to my friends and family. Best car buying experience I've ever had. Thanks guys.

My latest appointment @ Della Subaru was a very positive one … of all times I found trouble with my heating system. Customer service folks were very helpful in providing me with a n appointment for the repair within 2 days of discovering the problem. Because of the expected length of time required for the repair I was provided a car to drive; very accommodating. Thank You .

I just had an oil change at Della Subaru, and once again I was greeted with a warm hello—Kristine LaPlante even remembered my name. Everything was comfortable and easy, and the great waiting room, coffee, snacks, and fruit made the time go by quickly. Yet another reminder that it’s the team behind the brand that keeps me choosing Della Subaru—they’re all wonderful there. And not to mention the complimentary car wash—win-win! 😊

Alesha patiently answered my questions via email and text during a busy work week for me. She helped guide me through the decision making process, but I never felt any pressure. We bought a new Subaru Ascent Onyx Edition at Della Subaru and Alesha Bailey was our salesperson. She listened to what we wanted in a vehicle and found us one that met all of our needs. She got us a great value for our trade-in as well. We've had excellent after sales service and know where we will go when it's time for another Subaru.
