A few days before I was scheduled to tow my travel trailer south for the winter I had a front end collision that disabled my F250. After checking with other shops that indicated that it would be a couple of months before they could get me in you can imagine my delight when Joanie, the manager at Dick's, said they would take it right in. Despite the fact that they obviously had a full work schedule they were willing to prioritize my job and had me back on the road before the end of the following week. They worked smoothly with my insurance company, got the parts ordered immediately, and did an excellent job of completing all aspects of the work. Dick's is clearly a shop that not only does outstanding work but one that obviously prioritizes the needs of their customers. I can not recommend them highly enough. Thank you very much for your excellent service!

Excellent work. David is a very pleasant person. I was referred by Riley Ford. I trust Riley's, Riley's trusts Dick's. This makes is a no brainer. The job was done before expected and they vacuumed and cleaned the interior. The little things that I don't expect happened. Considering this is a insurance job it was easy to do business with. David even called the the Enterprise to make sure that I was picked up.

Absolutely bloody amazing. They went so far above and beyond what needed to be done. I struggle with autism, making car maintenance hard. Without word, they helped me with everything on my car, not just what I went in for.

Great team with quality work. Their communication was clear throughout the entire process. They were great about doing whatever they could to help the entire time. An accident is inconvenient, but they did a great job of taking care of my vehicle and my concerns.

The office was very accommodating. They arranged to have work done on windshield and washer fluid reservoir same day as I traveled from 50 miles away. They were kind enough to allow me to sit at their desk to do some work on my laptop, and have a guest WiFi. Most importantly they are a family business and staff are friendly and helpful. Minor tweak needed on my wiper blade range of motion but otherwise the car will be serviced one month quicker than I had anticipated.

Dick’s always provides great work, and the service is top notch. They actually know, and explain, the insurance process. In today’s world of supply side issues and excess demand, they do a great job of explaining where they are in the process and getting work scheduled.

On my second week waiting for my car to be repaired. Dropped it off last Monday. Said it could be done Friday. That did not happen. My claim says it would be be done Sept 5th. Nope, that did not happen either. Now they tell me maybe Thursday of this week. Said they are behind on painting. If I had known it would be this long, I would have rented a car. Not too happy with this place.
